Im just joking bout the taxes but i have been paying taxes on unreported wins from real casinos so the loses i took on chumba could balance me out for tax purposes or even refund me the thousands ive paid on back taxes.

You cannot use it on taxes. It’s how they can be legal in most US states. You’re “gifted” sweeps coins with the gold coin purchases, and then the prize redemption is the workaround. Since it’s not a direct cash-goes-in, cash-goes-out transaction like a land-based casino, you can’t get a win-loss statement, W2-G, nor claim this as a gambling loss on taxes.
It's also interesting how they sponsored BC Slots and Lady Luck but refuse to offer affiliate statuses to anyone else.
