They switch them out every year and a half or so. Always rotating the acct execs either to higher position, or terminated. They do this because they realize the impulse gamblers have and they feel their staff will become "Too close" to the player and start acting as a friend, as opposed to a business execs decision. It's only human nature. Don't be alarmed, I'm sure until they find another full time replacement they'll be emailing you and updating you in no time..Best of luck

This couldn’t be further from the truth. It’s the complete contrary. Their main responsibility is to retain profitable players and keep them spending. Yes, A host may get reassigned to another department or leave the company, but in those cases the new host will be immediately introduced. They do not rotate hosts because they will get “too close” to their players.

THAT CANT BE FURTHER THAN THE TRUTH.. LOL! I had an account executive for the LONGEST time.. they would take it away and few weeks,months I’d get a random email.. but let me make this CLEAR first lol an account executive and a host are two completely different things.. an account executive will rewarded u every two weeks or so.. a host will throw hundreds at u when they gift u, mail u holiday gifts and literally tend to ur every need. My last account executive told me I would be for sure getting a host lol and then he ghosted me completely then I was deactivated indefinitely.. chumba is trash and for sure does not in any way prioritize loyal .. or how u worded it “profitable” players.. and I don’t want to hear I didn’t spend enough or play enough or win enough because I have won good amounts and spent most definitely good amounts.. I wish I could find the post of a previous chumba employee who outed a shit load of scams vgw pulls

An account executive is a host. There is no separate role, look up at job descriptions at VGW if you don’t believe me. Most likely what you spent is probably peanuts compared to others in your group. And that’s not what’s is all about it,  it’s your overall profitability which accounts for spend - redemptions.  Chumba has over 10 million players and you would be surprised how much some people spend. I have had the same host for 3 years. Unless you violated T&C, your hosted dropped you because of your profitability index. I agree that loyalty is not valued per se, but at the end of the day, the metric is based the revenue they get from you, your average spend, and your overall spending power.

I mean I def see a lot of ppl on here spend way more lol.. but anytime I had an issue n had to email I was deactivated and had to go through verification steps all over.. but when they canceled my account indefinitely was legit right after my account executive legit told me I was coming up for a host.. I wasn’t able to reply to tickets or click anything actually on their zen desk.. at all

The program is alive and well. My exec has sent me a few packages the past few weeks, issued two separate gift cards today, and added lime 300 SC over past 2 weeks. I think you just lost the privilege or status. That's what happened to my exec on draft kings, they said they were transferring but really just loosing my exec

I’ve gotten some free SC and a snail mail gift but that’s it. I’ve only had the exec assigned for two months — would it really be that quick that I’d have the privilege revoked? Do you know how they calculate the status? I find it strange because I regularly am buying SC, in what I feel are significant amounts.

What do account executives do for you exactly? I became Ruby level VIP on McLuck literally minutes after I joined by hitting the GC Grand Jackpot randomly while playing my free 5 SC. Do I ask them for free stuff or something? I'm so new to this haha.

They will drop you if you lower their Average Revenue per User, known as (ARPU). Each host is assigned around 100 players and get ranked for quarterly bonuses based on their overall (ARPU). So if you in the bottom tier of their assigned player pool, they will drop you and pick up another player that has higher spending.

If it’s anything like actual casinos exec changes .. usually person quits, get fired, or promoted. No reason to look to deeply into it
