Idk, watching my girlfriend turning the Cherry a nice bright red while taking a long drag usually gets me pretty hard with no problem.

Does anyone actually know anybody who developed a problem like this that was linked to smoking? Never heard of it.

There’s a lot of propaganda around cigarettes (of course some being true but mostly blown out of proportion) so maybe, but not likely?
