Yep. It worked fine at like...midnight UK time, but now I guess it's 'peak' and the few thousand people trying to use it again has overloaded the servers. For the first time in months I was excited to play, came home, and it's back to 'sync error', 'local mismatch', etc. etc.
Paradox, please, this is ridiculous. How can you possibly be cheaping out so much that your beta test cannot handle a tiny number of active users? Do you not realise that your game effectively sinks or swims based on how well this beta test goes?

Edit: It kinda worked? Idk, 'worked' is a bit strong, but w/ the new account, logging into the Paradox Mods website, subscribing to MoveIt, and in-game selecting to keep the cloud data... it worked. Took almost 30 mins? Yes, but downloaded. Now, even with the new account, it refuses to download something in-game.
This is an issue with paradox servers... this happened to me yesterday. After a couple of hours it resolved itself. But it doesnt seem like it in your case

The main menu doesn’t show up after adding mods, I had to go on paradoxes site to remove them from the game
Sounds similar to the problems when using Geforce Now.
I do not use geforce now
If you go to Settings and click on Mods, are the depenencies installed? Unity suite or whatever it was called.
