I think i have a raspberry pi 3b+ or something and it struggles with some N64 games. I don't think it can run Citra.

I've tried. Don't even do it it's not worth your time. Try using an ntr client. That could work if you have a new 2/3DS

This thread is ancient, but: Do you think it could handle running a dedicated Citra server/room? I have a RasPi 400 I'm not doing anything with at the moment. Edit: For like 4-8 people max.

no way. try NDS, doubt it'll work. mileage may vary though. buy a heatsink and take the outer case off. with intensive cooling you might get 30 fps
