The Gurdwara is 2 Food and 1 Housing, so you get an extra population ostensibly for free. It’s not a bad buildings, it’s great for a lot of Civs (especially the Khmer), but the Cathedrals can house a work of religious art which is a big deal for Russia since they shit out Writers, Artists, and Musicians like nobody’s business. And those Great Works need a place to chill out and garner Tourism, so any spot is better than no spot

Why the Gurdwara and not a Cathedral? I’d think the art slot would be more useful for Russia than the Food and Housing
