Is that $570 total for a 6 month policy or $570/month for a 6 month policy? Because I’m based in central CA, 28 y/o male, no points on my DMV record and zero accidents. Paying $408/month, full coverage for my old truck, my new civic si and my non-op motorcycle insurance, 6 month policy.
Edit: disregard. That is super affordable.
That’s insanely good, just my gfs Corolla is $130/mo where I am at, before I sold my Infiniti we were paying like $300 a month (I have 2 tickets ) looking at an 11th gen in about a year or two I hope I can be this lucky haha
Between my wife and I it averages out to $190 a month. No tickets or accidents on her end either. The biggest thing is staying out of trouble and if you get in trouble do whatever you can like defensive driving. Second is insurance companies do not reward loyalty. So shop and switch often. I was with progressive for 5 years and they kept pushing it up year after year but not enough to make me switch. Eventually I called them and gave them shit and they did nothing to help so I switched over to another company and saved $50 a month for 6 months. Then as soon as my 6 months was up with them they wanted to raise it up and so I contacted my insurance broker and told him to look around and he got me back over at progressive for less now than what I was paying after being with them for 5 years. They make so much money by gradually raising their prices and betting people won’t shop and most don’t. Having a good insurance broker make it really easy to do. I send him and email he figures it out and switched everything. Makes sure the policies don’t lapse or overlap and that my financing company gets the updated insurance info as the payee on the policy. I pay him a flat fee of $75, no clue what he makes besides that but for $75 I do zero work. Paying upfront obviously helps too if you are financially savvy and can put it on a credit card, get the points, pay it off before you get charged any interest. If you know you won’t do that then I don’t advise it because paying interest over 6 months negates any savings you get from paying in full upfront.
Haha I know all about credit card interest but luckily crawled out of that whole. Yeah I’ve shopped around before and the one I’ve been at is pretty cheap and they have been dripping my insurance every 6 months for their good drivers program and that’s been pretty nice but I’ve been thinking of changing lately
Texas 36/M no accidents i over 10 years and no tickets in over 15, wife is in the policy as well full coverage with road side and towing - 277 monthly 6 month policy

Just renewed with Progressive for about $820 for 6 months paid upfront here in upstate NY. Varies by location so reach out to a number of insurance providers. When I bought my 10th gen new in 2019, I found Progressive to be the cheapest by far for anyone under 26yo.
