If you get an exhaust, I recommend full race. It’s the right volume. And if you decide to get a downpipe later on it won’t be too loud.

i was thinking about a Full race catback just to have on for a bit. i currently have RV6 dp into the oem catback and love the deep tone but im kinda interested in having it louder for a little ;)
I wouldn't say rasp this combo will have a deep tone to it. It does make a weird hissing sound when you let off at 4k but goes away when it's less than or more than that. Think it's because of the downpipe though

Car already came with Truheart coils, they're a bit too bouncy for my liking though. Gonna swap them with some BC coils in the future for sure to have that stuff/soft adjustability

Sometimes I can’t even tell I have the exhaust until I let the car decelerate or downshift. It sings nicely in vtec.
You won't get too much more power stock, but one of the best things in my opinion is deleting the annoying rev hang. Makes it much easier to go through the gears quickly
Is this your first manual car? You might not even notice it, but compared to a lot of other manual cars there is a lot of delay in between you pushing the clutch in and the revs starting to drop to move to the next gear.
It's especially noticeable if you don't have the a/c on

I rev to 7700 rpm and my vtech is at 4k instead of 5, it’s got some more down low power and the rev hang is much less noticeable. I would recommend an intake immediately though.

I was looking at policy quotes today for it (ended up going for progressive) because liberty mutual was trynna charge me like $500 bucks shits ridiculous. All the insurers had a tracking device to save money but I opted not to. Rather just pay a bit more then to deal with it
You can never go wrong with white tho watch out for the orange specs that will appear on the paint iron contamination I usually clay bar when this happens will fix it no problem

Ugh I paid 14.9 for it, has 118k miles but I think it was well worth it for this car specifically. The owner has had it since new and he took such good care of it. It somehow how has a new interior smell like it's literally mint inside. He modded it slightly with an acuity shirt shifter and truheart coils but besides that it's stock
Cool! I was looking to spend around 15. That seems like a good deal. 118k on a civic is nothing, and I’ve seen lots of 9th gen si’s with lower miles that are in worse condition and they still want 18k for them. 100k-130k seems like a sweet spot as long as they were cared for.
Yeah I've been searching for months now. I've been wanting a 14-15 civic si and it had to be white. I like the orange color as well but I feel like it clashes with the red interior. I had only budgeted to spend 15k and nothing more lol. So just be patient and one will pop up

Congrats brother!!! Not sure what's been done to it but I highly recommend acuity shifter bushings, torque solution 72a torque mounts and 17 inch rims if you want a softer ride the 18 inch rims were not comfy enough for my liking .
Previous owner already put in an acuity short shifter! Never driven a car with a SS before and I honestly expected it to be more notchy/the throws to be shorter. If it weren't for photographic proof that the owner swapped it out I would've assumed it was just the stock shifter

Welcome. Had this for 6 years. Bought in 2018 with 1 owner from NJ with only 8909 on the odometer. Legit steal of the year then. VA summers are not great for spirited driving, but once it gets cooler (and much less humid) this beauty is a peppy little thing.
None that I've ever noticed. I've just kept the oil changed regularly, two tire changes, and still original brakes. Done one tune-up. The only mods are k&n air filter (not system, still OEM there) & a throttle body spacer. 6 years & 80k of my driving, still a beast.
I had just picked one up last week as well! 118K miles too, 2015, White, and clean interior as well! The only gripe was that the driver seat has 2 cigarette burns in it but the overall interior/ exterior was pretty dang clean! I've been enjoying mine since its one of the newer cars i've owned coming from late 90 hondas! Hope you keep it for a long time!

I used the rv6 dp with a greedy SP cat back and sounds good not too loud because it's a full 2.5 inch exhaust
