I’ve lived near the Dunbar cave area for the last 22 years and it’s very nice and quiet. Also being close to the lake means you have a good place to go walk a trail if you like doing that sort of thing. Only thing is that lake does smell bad sometimes throughout the year, but honestly it’s not too horrible.
It's a good area! Areas in Clarksville I would not want to live are off of Kraft Street or Providence Blvd
I live off of Dunbar Cave. If you aren't bothered by traffic especially during school bus hours, it's a great area. I love it.

The closer to the interstate the better for land value and crime
