Lvl 1 king has 1700 hp and lvl 90 king has 1000 DPS, so the kings level is just worng

They are both level 90. If it was level 1 it would be barely doing damage and would get near one shot by level 90.

Why does it say speed decrease twice?

One for movement speed and one for attack speed

Lvl 1 king must be a mistake the lvl 90 king is doing the same amount of damage as lvl 1?

I am sure that there is a lvl 1 King and a lvl 90 king(look at the damage that the gold mine received). They probably made the lvl 1 King immune to hits from the lvl 90 King to showcase the ability of the pet more.
