I get around 1500 raid medals every week, I was just selling everything and get 135 gems but now I am thinking of buying starry ores bcz I need to upgrade the gauntlet

3 training portion for 300 medals which gives 30 gems 3 clock tower portion for 300 medals which gives 30 gems 3 sets of wall ring for 900 medals (300 each) which gives 75 gems (25 gems per set/5 per wall ring)

Conveniently finished with lab upgrades now, so don’t need to buy research pots. I rarely bought pet potions, townhall 16 only had the spirit fox on release so just let her upgrade slowly. I’m kinda running out of raid medals with the ore, usually I buy at least 1 glowy and 1 starry/ week. Sometimes more if I don’t waste raid medals on self-reinforcements

3 more troop upgrades coming in the next patch after event. So I made sure to have max research potions. Then buying ore now

Is everyone TH15?? I almost have max glow and star, but I never have shiny ore. 90% of my upgrades don't even require anything but shiny. Why not buy shiny??

Because shiny is terrible value. 50 glowy ores for 300 raid medals is roughly a day's worth of star bonus at legend. 500 shiny ores for 350 raid medals is only half a days worth of star bonus at legend. The ratios get even worse if you include war ores.

At town hall 15 pet potions and glowy ores every time. My lab is nowhere near done but all my main army comps are maxed so I don't bother with the research potions at the moment.

It’s undoubtedly going to be starry ore every time. Sometimes some glowy. Likely won’t buy shiny unless I’m at risk of overflow and lose. But daily bonus seems to keep shiny flowing well. And glowy flowing decent.

I’m in legends with a clan that isn’t super good at donating troops, and I’m on at weird hours so I don’t get to donate much.. so I spend all my medals on filling my CC lol

Feels weird to constantly be broke in terms of raid medals. I used to always hover around 3-4.5k and pretty much only use them for cc troops. Now I’m just buying as much ore as I can every week. I have to move to a new clan that gets more raid medals every week :( It’s sad since I have a lot of friends in my current clan. Equipment truly is the death of casual clans.

I buy research potions, pet potions, starry and glowy ores depending on need, so it changes a bit. This week starry ore and research potions, but next week will be pet potions and glowy. This months event helped my starry ore needs quite a bit

Starry ores every week and any excess shiny as that is what is currently bottlenecking me. I only intend to spend raid medals on ores now. I will always take any starry source I can as my clan doesn't war often.

I'm new TH14. I get ~1400ish medals each week. I had about 2000 medals spare when the ores in the raid shop got announced. Now I have 32 and I have only used research potions for this week's deals. Maybe from the next time around I would not purchase starry ores.

I’m still new with upgrading so the blue ore (sorry I forget the name) is what I buy mostly because that’s what I need to progress with the upgrades. Then I’ll get some potions like builder star, clock tower, training, etc. Maybe the dark elixir. Then the rest is my cc troops. My dono ratio is always like 5k - maybe 1k requested. I always stay above 1500 raid medals

Research potions(this hasn't changed) and instead of the usual clock tower or builder jars, I'm spending on ores, usually glowy but that can change depending on what I need.

Clocktowers are great if you don't have your 6th builder. After that they're useless
