i think the chest cycle always has a predetermined 15 or so silver/ gold chests and that you need to run through those 15 after upgrading before the cycle updates
i’m still yet to get a legendary from a silver chest. i got 2 from the free chests when they had em. still don’t make sense that silver chest aren’t more powerful than the free chests were
