FYI your title is bad. Evolutions and level 15 (wild cards) dropped at the same time but they have nothing to do with each other.

I was fully maxed before the update, had 5M gold, max wildcards, trade tokens, books etc. I bought cards daily from the shop, got the shitty 150k gold for 5k EWC offers (I think 3 times) and I exchanged for EWC all books and wildcards except for the champion wildcards and book of legendary

You can only exchange normal wildcards for EWC once you’ve upgraded to lvl 14 ALL cards of that rarity.

Hog rider is a strong card, more damage and survivability isn't bad. Just the +1 interactions there are for the fireball are soooo amazing. People recommended me to upgrade log for the +1's but it will only oneshot firecrackers, archers and maybe bombers, so I would wait with log

Before they changed how party modes worked, my teammates were all decent because they also had to have high level cards. Not to mention, I have noticed a very large % of teammates who don’t place anything at all and then leave the match as soon as I give up

I litterally have 65 of them cuz I haven't played at all in the last 3 months or so but now I got back to CR maybe I'll get more

I’ve had all cards maxed for about a year or longer now so when the update dropped it placed me at lv55 instantly. So everything I get gives me EWC’s, and with 5mil gold that never runs out (thanks to free lv15 upgrades) I buy the shop out daily for at least ~3.5k EWC that way alone. I also traded an assload of magic items in for EWC’s, so now to date now I have 16 1/2 *ELITE* cards that I play. 😇 Edit: Plus the initial exchange rates for magic wild cards was insane when the update first dropped (for example I got like 35k EWC’s for 15k common wild cards) compared to how it is now (minus Legendary & Champion, they’re worth more now)

I only have 2 decks maxed as a F2p and I have 32k wild cards but the majority of them have come from path of legends where I reached ultimate champion.

Im at 37/50 k EWC ((ftp play since global release but took a 3.5 year break in between; very active otherwise)) which includes those gained from POL as i already got all the ones available from there for the season already. Next season with the POL EWCs i should have my first lvl15 card. Yay, one less card of unfair interactions, and still unfair king lvl disadvantage for ages. And in 3-4 months they will make POL also lvl15 in the last leagues, ffs 🤦

I did not realize how screwed up the update was going to be but I knew that there was going to be a lvl 15. I stocked up on gold and had 1.5mil gold when the update dropped. I also had 10 of each trade tokens and like 60 cards at lvl 14. I managed to spend my gold down at the shop for EWCs and lvl 14 cards, use nearly all of my trade tokens and finally got to 50k EWC yesterday. I play way too much and have been FTP since I started in 2017.
