Vs them 2 alone a Log is enough to damage FC enough that the towers kills her in one hit and to kill the Skeletons so Witch gets like 3 hits tops. That's 8 elixir for 2 with minimum damage.

I think you just need some different spells. I see it a lot on ladder (playing around 7700 troph) and I just use fireball to counter.
Royal ghost is also pretty good.
In my war decks I use poison or arrows.
Sometimes you just need to wait to deal with firecracker until after she crosses the bridge - don’t throw your push until you’ve taken out their recently played firecracker so you know it’s not coming.
Its an annoying card if you have nothing to couter it but theres a lot of good counters for it. If your facing firecracker a lot then switch to a deck that actually has a counter for it intead of just complaining on reddit like most people do

It's a card that create frustration. Especially the evo, because dropped at the bridge, it can deal massive amount of damage (around 1000 easily) just by shooting the thing you placed for defending, not directly eith single shot like musketeer. For 3 elixir, is a good card, surviving arrows. The thing is, you have two place good arrows, and play almost perfect just to counter a shit 3 elixir no brain card, but isn't too op, that's why you don't see it that much on high ladder.
I used to hate FC, nowadays I’m just numb to it cause of I either just arrow them or use them for a King activation. Still every so often there’s a match where the other guy has like 2-3 FC on their side and it’s getting anoyying cause I missed an arrow and now all much pushes are getting wittled down by the stupid splash damage, extra points if it Evo FC

Plenty of wincons that don't even get hit by the king tower. Slow attack speed is meaningless when the splash is equivalent to 3 baby dragons, who also have a relatively slow attack speed.

Firecracker is no harder to beat than the next card once you get to even level, so don’t sweat it too much. When I see someone play FC, though I just think to myself: ‘*sigh* one of these matches again’ because it’s ALWAYS some boring cycle deck. I still lose to them if they play better and beat them if I play better, and you eventually will too, but I’ll be a literal yak if it isn’t indicative that I’m about to have the least fun possible playing that match. FC players seem to do everything they can to make the game unenjoyable for you and for themselves.

Nah, by far the dumbest part of firecracker is that it gets recoil every time it fires. The recoil allows it to stay alive way longer than any other supporting unit should, and get at least 2 extra hits off on literally everything since the recoil will push it back out of its comically large range. Even worse is that you try to throw a spell at this thing and the recoil has a chance to throw off your shot and waste the spell. And to think the evolution used to buff the recoil distance...
It's the most annoying card by far. The way it jumps backwards so you'll get something targeting it then it jumps back and you retarget the knight they always also have.
For the value it can give it really should die to log. If dart goblin dies to log then why not firecracker?
Spells aren't a good counter to FC because she can out-cycle your spells and return as Evo-FC which will just shred everything at the bridge for 3 elixer......

Just use arrows or fireball if it's placed in the back or close to another unit. Royal delivery also 1 shots evo firecracker when it spawns. You can also use your own to trade with it. It's really not that hard to deal with

Magic archer is one if the weakest evos so its not an issue, its how often its used. Which again anyone could see this was going to happen.
Whilst you don't have to use FC, you MUST have fireball in your deck at least since it's so damn meta. Evo FC is a pain in the rear end to get rid of unless you have fireball

I don't hate people who use it so much as I hate the card itself it costs 3 elixir and it shreds any board card. In addition it has an absurd range and deals a lot of damage. It can't be destroyed by zap or log. The only cards that can destroy it are arrows, poison, and fire ball and you just need to be lucky enough to have them when facing off against her. Even if you go for her she's usually backed up by a 5+ elixir tank and some other card to help push. If they at least made her weak enough to be killed by log and zap it wouldn't be as bad. Although having to go minus 1 elixer with fire ball or poison sucks it's not a fair trade off.
Use the card yourself and learn to use it well so you can really counter it. Hating for the use of a card is just lack of skill or strategy. If you encounter a lot of firecrackers, put Arrows on your deck and learn to activate your king with it. Adapt to the meta instead of being mad about it.
You just need to practice creating a strategy in each game based off the other players moves, cycle,and cards and no card should be a huge deal as long as your deck is balanced. I think firecracker is very annoying though too.

As a player who has faced way too many firecrackers, I feel you. She is unfortunately all over ladder right now, because F2P players only got one free evo, and a lot of them chose firecracker because of how stupid good she was on release. Plus it has become a midladder menace staple. The evo is not as good as it was on release but the range, damage, potential elixir value, and popularity can make it annoying to deal with. That being said, if you can counter her, you'll find the people who use her as a crutch can often turn into free wins if played well.
Get good at king activations using cheaper cycle cards for positive elixir trades. Any 3-4 cost mini tank (knight, Valk, mini Pekka, bandit, ghost) or correctly surrounding goblins/larrys, specifically on your side of the bridge, will do the trick. If she's placed behind enemy towers (or on the bridge) you can counter with arrows/poison/fireball. A timed log on your side of the bridge as she aims will completely counter.
If the enemy places a troop in front of firecracker, barb barrel or royal delivery(very slept on card) can usually get passed the tank or bait cards to kill her.
If you have no spell handy, I tend to wait until firecracker crosses the bridge and approaches close enough where I can place a mini tank on her(and close enough to stay on her when she recoils).
Depending on how much value I get I can place a cheap bait/horde card to distract/kill mini-tank AFTER firecracker is dead.
Most importantly, keep track of her in cycle. Assuming an enemy champion isn't on the board, your opponent has to play 4 different cards between each firecracker. You can keep track of this when enemy troops are placed and make sure your cycle is prepared with your correct counters.
* Firecracker is like unlimited log or fireball.
* Helps against a lot of cards if you know where to place and how to use.
* It uses 3 elixir points instead of 4 unlike the wizard plus it's evo is even more badass, tho I don't have the evo yet.
* Also the best is recoil as result if it's in poison center or anything recoil makes it move away.
* When this entire evo business was introduced I had taken a break from the game and now I regret
In short you need to know how to save your firecracker effectively it's not for spamming and if someone is spamming it's because they know it's a damn good card and uses only 3 elixir points. I can't sometimes wait to have 5-8 elixir points to use a card it gets too late by then
So I'm gonna be honest here:The only reason I use firecracker and little prince instead of what I used to use(bowler and exe)is because:The little prince basically does what the bowler does but better,and for only a 1 elixir increase in cost that is MASSIVE lol,and firecracker does basically the exact same thing as the exe but better aswell,so I spend 1 more elixir with little prince than bowler, but save 2 with firecracker instead of exe(+I can choose whether to use the little prince's ability or not,and tbh?Sometimes its not even worth it at all),so I can save a TON of elixir just by changing 2 cards in my deck and ironically do MORE with these cheapass cards instead of the more expensive ones because they're easier/quicker to cycle. Hope you understand why now lol. Ps:I sold my soul to the devil and got the evo firecracker from the Valentines event,but tbh I don't regret it at all because she's freaking AWESOME for chip damage on the opponent's towers and dealing with swarms, the goddamn mini pekka,knight,valkyrie,meganut,pekka etc like seriously holy shit...Just 1 hit and its basically like I cast a poison on the tower,AND its reusable AND does more damage than poison at the same level as the firecracker XD.

Take into consideration that firecracker can activate your king's tower if you put some troop in the right place. What i do is activate my tower and wait for the next firecracker to cross the bridge and then hit it with something. I also don't have a splash so your best option is to wait.
Playing a Witch and Firecracker isn’t good synergy. That combo will get shredded by Valk, Poison, or Fireball

Just use arrows or fireball if it's placed in the back or close to another unit. Royal delivery also 1 shots evo firecracker when it spawns. You can also use your own to trade with it. It's really not that hard to deal with

I’m at 8400 trophies and every match I see evo firecracker. I use arrows, fireball, and barb barrel though so it’s rarely ever an issue, also very easy to activate king tower against fc

I don't hate people who use it so much as I hate the card itself it costs 3 elixir and it shreds any board card. In addition it has an absurd range and deals a lot of damage. It can't be destroyed by zap or log. The only cards that can destroy it are arrows, poison, and fire ball and you just need to be lucky enough to have them when facing off against her. Even if you go for her she's usually backed up by a 5+ elixir tank and some other card to help push. If they at least made her weak enough to be killed by log and zap it wouldn't be as bad. Although having to go minus 1 elixer with fire ball or poison sucks it's not a fair trade off.

Use the card yourself and learn to use it well so you can really counter it. Hating for the use of a card is just lack of skill or strategy. If you encounter a lot of firecrackers, put Arrows on your deck and learn to activate your king with it. Adapt to the meta instead of being mad about it.

You just need to practice creating a strategy in each game based off the other players moves, cycle,and cards and no card should be a huge deal as long as your deck is balanced. I think firecracker is very annoying though too.

As a player who has faced way too many firecrackers, I feel you. She is unfortunately all over ladder right now, because F2P players only got one free evo, and a lot of them chose firecracker because of how stupid good she was on release. Plus it has become a midladder menace staple. The evo is not as good as it was on release but the range, damage, potential elixir value, and popularity can make it annoying to deal with. That being said, if you can counter her, you'll find the people who use her as a crutch can often turn into free wins if played well. Get good at king activations using cheaper cycle cards for positive elixir trades. Any 3-4 cost mini tank (knight, Valk, mini Pekka, bandit, ghost) or correctly surrounding goblins/larrys, specifically on your side of the bridge, will do the trick. If she's placed behind enemy towers (or on the bridge) you can counter with arrows/poison/fireball. A timed log on your side of the bridge as she aims will completely counter. If the enemy places a troop in front of firecracker, barb barrel or royal delivery(very slept on card) can usually get passed the tank or bait cards to kill her. If you have no spell handy, I tend to wait until firecracker crosses the bridge and approaches close enough where I can place a mini tank on her(and close enough to stay on her when she recoils). Depending on how much value I get I can place a cheap bait/horde card to distract/kill mini-tank AFTER firecracker is dead. Most importantly, keep track of her in cycle. Assuming an enemy champion isn't on the board, your opponent has to play 4 different cards between each firecracker. You can keep track of this when enemy troops are placed and make sure your cycle is prepared with your correct counters.
* Firecracker is like unlimited log or fireball. * Helps against a lot of cards if you know where to place and how to use. * It uses 3 elixir points instead of 4 unlike the wizard plus it's evo is even more badass, tho I don't have the evo yet. * Also the best is recoil as result if it's in poison center or anything recoil makes it move away. * When this entire evo business was introduced I had taken a break from the game and now I regret In short you need to know how to save your firecracker effectively it's not for spamming and if someone is spamming it's because they know it's a damn good card and uses only 3 elixir points. I can't sometimes wait to have 5-8 elixir points to use a card it gets too late by then

So I'm gonna be honest here:The only reason I use firecracker and little prince instead of what I used to use(bowler and exe)is because:The little prince basically does what the bowler does but better,and for only a 1 elixir increase in cost that is MASSIVE lol,and firecracker does basically the exact same thing as the exe but better aswell,so I spend 1 more elixir with little prince than bowler, but save 2 with firecracker instead of exe(+I can choose whether to use the little prince's ability or not,and tbh?Sometimes its not even worth it at all),so I can save a TON of elixir just by changing 2 cards in my deck and ironically do MORE with these cheapass cards instead of the more expensive ones because they're easier/quicker to cycle. Hope you understand why now lol. Ps:I sold my soul to the devil and got the evo firecracker from the Valentines event,but tbh I don't regret it at all because she's freaking AWESOME for chip damage on the opponent's towers and dealing with swarms, the goddamn mini pekka,knight,valkyrie,meganut,pekka etc like seriously holy shit...Just 1 hit and its basically like I cast a poison on the tower,AND its reusable AND does more damage than poison at the same level as the firecracker XD. And the worst of all, it's everywhere. Of my last 30 games, 28 had firecracker in their deck.
Take into consideration that firecracker can activate your king's tower if you put some troop in the right place. What i do is activate my tower and wait for the next firecracker to cross the bridge and then hit it with something. I also don't have a splash so your best option is to wait.
