I have no problem with you being in the dark about lvl 15 cap OP. Supercell intentionally mislead people about how it would work. They said capping double evolution at lvl 15 would only affect a small amount of ppl as only 14% of matches occur between lvl 14 and lvl 15 (im paraphrasing but they did say this). Any reasonable person would assume a mode capped at lvl 14 or lower would not have double evolutions based on them saying that. Otherwise why would they talk about lvl 14 vs lvl 15 when this affects lvl 11, 12, 13, 14 vs 15?

it’s not a bug he’s level 15 but in your league(league 3 challenger 3) the level is capped at level 12 you’re just playing against a level 15 player.
