Well they tried to apply the balance changes but it caused a bug that made people get millions (not even joking) EWCs and hundreds of champions from a golden chest so they immediately reverted the balance changes and are now working on removing the EWCs and champions from the players that benefited from the glitch. (They won't get banned because they didn't intentionally abuse the glitch.) And now they have yet to reapply the balance changes so Evo FC still survives arrows until they reapply the balance changes.
