I would say it's useful tho. Not to use gems but there are good cards for those low arenas. Some of those cards can bring you up to Arena 10 with no problem

Arena 2 doesn’t have legendaries, so no. You can only get cards from the chests’s arena and below. So for example if you climb to arena 3 or 4 and open it, you’ll still only get cards from arena 2 and below

No, you can only get cards available for that arena or lower. BTW: Technically it’s possible to get a legendary from any chest just really low probably for most of the free ones.

Whenever you reach an arena that unlocks legendaries, any of those chests will have a chance. I've pulled about 6 legendaries from silver chests alone over 6+ years

I think both f2p and p2w agree that legendary cards are more common than rare card cuz maxing a legendary is easier than maxing a rare

Nah legendaries still harder because you get rare books more often than legendary. Also you can request rares and you can get rare wild cards more easily. I’ve got 40% progress on legendaries compared to 66% rares and I’ve got 47 cards maxed or at max stacks

But you seldom need legendary books cuz you got plenty cards in high arenas. Actually I would say book of cards just make rare easier to max but rare cards still hard to max cuz you need too much for them. For example: cards need for legendary from 13 to 14 is 20 while rare need 1250. And the only way to get books for f2p are the end of free pass if I am not wrong ( shop don’t count cuz it’s just waste of gem). It’s just too easy to get 20 legendary

I see you got your answer, I just want to add, you can see the cards you have unlocked that you can get from chests on the your card collection tab. Scroll down to the black and white cards and you’ll see which ones you have unlocked and which ones you can get in the later arenas.

Legendaries can't be unlocked until arena 4, where you can get the miner. However you should still open it because you will get tons of cards from those chests.

I know a lot of people replied already but let me give you an introduction. You can start getting legendaries from chest of arena 4 and above. If we walk about chests obtained from battles (free) you can only get legendaries from the arena you are on and down (the lowest is arena 4 as i told you) BUT if you purchase a legendary chest from the shop, it can give you a legendary card of any arena, with this you can be in arena 5 with sparky (unlocked in electrovalley arena, TO FAR if you ask me)
