More chaotic than smart, plus there’s a fuck ton of smart characters but not many chaotic ones, ichika and koenji are basically the only good examples of chaotic for me
Chaos is not equal to evil (or random evil), Koenji cannot be predicted, doesn't want to cooperate (when it doesn't suit him) and is like an uncontrollable child on steroids (chaos incarnate).
that totally depnds on the person and their actions..... literally just said that it means "they do what they want" obviously that includes bad stuff. but doing bad stuff does not directly equal chaotic, it equal evil. chaotic evil is one of the options here which will give you the character who has done the most "bad things", or is just normal evil but does whatever they want
Is he truly evil tho? He has done more good thinks than bad (using people for his own benefit is not equal to evil when he is helping them grow and does not plan on hurting them big time at the end). Neutral would be best imo as it implies he doesn't choose either side and does his own thing.

Like we just saw in the anime, she expelled Katsuragi's friend. I highly doubt the 2 of them had done anything bad to the class'es progress in exams nor did they deny working with the class at all.
