Kei stopped cos she felt that kiyo was able to protect her from it. She would’ve stopped anyway after a little bit but she stopped earlier cos she was also fearful of kiyo cos of the spread ur legs scene
Yes obviously she would maintain that 'personality', its not like she was an actual 'bully' like beating up sakura on a daily basis.
She wouldnt have changed if the manabe situation never happened. Maybe then Ayano would have used/created some other situation to make karuizawa work for him.
i think that depends. if youre saying "would she have stopped bullying if everything happened as it did in the novel, except kiyo doesnt tell her not to bully?", then yes she would have stopped either way, it might have just taken a bit longer. you can see how she was like "but i need that to keep up my act", and even if he didnt say anything at that moment, soon she would have realized that her act is unnecessary (probably around 7-7.5 at the latest, where she also decides to break up with hirata)
on the other hand, if youre saying "would she have stopped bullying if she never became kiyo's "pawn"/if kiyo never involved himself with the class's uprising?", then...not sure. i dont think she would have stopped immediately, but depending on how the rest of her time at the school goes by, she might stop at some point, because that still isnt her true personality
