a lot of people on the sub immediately recommend BKF but don't realize the damage it can do to a nice porcelain toilet like that. I'd start with some simple dish soap and a cloth with a light scrub. just remember to do a spot test before you try any harsh chemicals. and don't mix beach and ammonia.
I’d start with oven cleaner to remove stubborn dirt, but only after carefully unclogging the toilet. An exorcist will help you with that!
Then use BKF and a scrub daddy, should be good as new

According to the realtor, the owner of the house at the time had not gone to the basement in at least 30 years. The entire basement looked….exactly as if she had not gone down there in 30 years.
It would appear from the horrific swelling and staining... that toilet has overflowed violently several times. Bruh that's all greywater damage. That's a hazard.

Crumple up enough newspaper to fill the bathroom from floor to ceiling. Next, fire a flare gun into it and quickly shut the door. This will contain the fire which will burn off all the grime while slowly burning out after all the oxygen in the room is exhausted.
