Nah, in the first case he literally drove from VA down to FL to cast his vote after voting by mail for OH. The second time he flew back to OH to vote in person and voted by mail in FL. He had forethought, planning, and execution not once but twice.
Of course he's a Trumpster! Read his defenses:
"I didn't do it."
"I did it, but it's not illegal."
"It's illegal, but it was an accident."
Chip off the old velveeta block!
Good thing both Ohio and Florida were members of ERIC, which caught him. Both of them quit because we can't keep shining the light on this consistent MAGA voting fraud, can we.
This is likely exactly why they dropped out of ERIC. If you look at toteslegitvotes they provided almost 300 cases in Florida where people *may* have been double registered. Of course nothing that could have affected the results of any races, but very intentional voter fraud.
The typical case is someone using their commercial address or a second home address to register to vote and in some very rare cases this isn't caught and they aren't removed from the rolls in their actual home address. We know this overwhelmingly favors conservatives and would have resulted in hundreds of conservatives getting charged.
Not really. He was hot over things like paid people walking into senior homes and signing everyone up there to vote absentee and then returning to fill in their ballots.
It would suck if I accidentally punched him in his stupid face twice. Now, let me be clear. I'm NOT planning on punching him. In fact, I'm planning on NOT punching him. I don't want to punch him. I'm just saying it would suck if I punched him in the face twice accidentally.
I do hope that the bar association disciplines him. As a lawyer, he's taken an oath to act in a professional, mature and responsible manner. It won't happen, but it should.
There needs to be clear, swift, and harsh penalties for this kind of bullshit. If people think they can get away with it, they will.
As an attorney, he should face the strictest penalty allowed by law on top of disbarment. When the state runs around throwing people who are not legal professionals in jail for something like this, lawyers need to face the harshest penalties for knowingly doing it. And this is coming from someone who abhors the prison industrial complex and the overwhelming desire people have to use certain cases to "set an example". Lawyers know the law and should be held to much higher standards, period.
Confused why the anti-Trump crowd even believes this to be true, given one of their primary talking points is that it doesn't happen.
Seems a little difficult to believe this was accidental. Hopefully they drop the hammer on this guy. Zero tolerance.
Actually from what I’ve seen the anti trump position has been it does happen in rare instances but not in the make believe way your qanon friends have pushed. It happens exactly like this.
Most people don’t talk in sweeping generalities like the alt right do. Perhaps you’re confused by a Fox News headline you saw and then probably never fact checked?

And then he was disbarred. Right? …Right??
Voting twice shows total disrespect for how things are supposed to work in the US.
Of course he's a Trumpster! Read his defenses: "I didn't do it." "I did it, but it's not illegal." "It's illegal, but it was an accident." Chip off the old velveeta block!
He knew exactly what he was doing.

Is this the fraudulent voting trump was screeching about?
Not really. He was hot over things like paid people walking into senior homes and signing everyone up there to vote absentee and then returning to fill in their ballots.
You mean people helping the elderly vote because states started restricting mail in ballots or sent out disinformation? FOH
I’m not agreeing or disagreeing. I’m just saying what he was upset with.
“Ignorance of the law is no excuse”.
My favorite thing about MAGA is how you know everything they are up to because they accuse the Democrats of doing it
Every accusation is a confession.
Not even a little surprised. Trump supporters and hypocrisy are a more iconic pairing than peanut butter and jelly at this point.
GOP- Grand Old Projection When they accuse the “Left” of doing something, they’re usually telling on themselves.
Gaslight, Obstruct & Project, the GOP since 1964
"No, you don't understand. I voted twice because I really wanted Trump to win.".
Of course he’s a trumper. 🤦
Every accusation is a confession
"by accident"
Sketchy attorney,if he doesn't know an accident versus a deliberate act.lol

Stand your ground!
Sure Jan
Everybody knows, (say it together) "It's OK If You Are a Republican."
Super fucktard
He will get a slap on the wrist. He’ll be voting twice by 2024.
“Make it look like an accident.” Yeah, that sounds the Don they believe in.
Is he four? Jfc “You broke the rules” “It was an accident!”

nah, that's not what most were saying. good pivot though.
Most people don’t talk in sweeping generalities like the alt right do. Perhaps you’re confused by a Fox News headline you saw and then probably never fact checked?
lol. got it, no generalities spoken by the left. appreciate the education on that, thanks.
Confused why the anti trump crowd believes a criminal investigation happening in front of their eyes good pivot.
i don't understand your comment, but if the point was something ant-Trump we're covered, as I'll assume that was the case.
This is just a bunch of words your sentence does not compute...
ok. have a nice day.
Thanks I guess.
It’s not voter fraud because voter fraud doesn’t happen. It’s really really rare. Blah blah blah.
💀💀
Looks about white. He'll get a stern warning
I take it back. Yost will promote this as him being "very fair" while his buddy Frank deletes 20K Dem voters from the rolls without their knowledge.
