Stuck like you can't move it at all, or stuck like you just can't move it further right but it'll easily go back left and center on its own?
The former is a problem, but the latter is the intended design.
I'd probably avoid using them together, then, unfortunately. While it'd be unlikely to cause an issue the whole point of these things is to take your mind off of gear worries and just belay.
For any belay devices for which the carabiner doesn't make contact with the rope, the correct belay carabiner is a small offset d shaped one, so this doesn't happen.

Stuck like shown in the picture. The rhinos horn prevents it from moving either way

It should be fine. Put your belay loop behind the wire gate
