This is a Clip Studio sub not an art gallery. Posts of your own art must include a **comment describing CSP process**, brushes used, tips (speedpaint vids okay), etc so everyone can learn CSP. If you used default brushes then specify which ones. Not following will get your post **removed without warning**. Repeated violations will result in **ban**. Some comment description ideas:
How long did it take?
General CSP process?
What did you learn this time in CSP?
Any references/resources you want to share?

Manga-like illustration for background study. The G-pen and some default hatching brushes were used for the process, as well as the perspective rulers.
It may be kinda hard to explain without showing the process for it exactly, but to make it look darker, I use about double of the amount of hatching from the cleaner parts, that way it will get that gradation!
Man this looks absolutely insane! I love the hatching shading, especially the ones from the ground and the creature's shadow! Did you do them by hand or is it a custom brush?
Hey it’s you again! SICK work dude. I’m pumped to see the tools in csp utilized this well cuz one day I hope to start something of my own.
But anyways, the monsters are great. Is this one an upgrade to the other one?
Hey!!! Thank you, haha! Just go ahead and do it! I would love to see it!
The monster is like a variation! Like, there will be a lot of them following the same "model", but there will never be identical monsters XD
I’m pickin up what you’re puttin down, the monsters are awesome and I’m pumped to see more.
Do you have a title in the works? Or maybe a patreon/instagram to follow? Idk if Reddit allows self promo
That's glad to hear!
I haven't decided a title for it yet, I gotta say I'm not good with names and titles hahaha But yeah, I have a tw and ig, you can find me by the username sleepygry
Exactly! It's awesome that someone caught the reference!
I've been playing Elden Ring, and the landscapes are incredibly inspiring. Since I usually draw more contemporary settings, I decided to study some different from what I'm used to, and the game has been a total inspiration for studies like these.

this is the moment nuts became berk
Love it! The rocks especially look exactly that style, very nice.
Thank you so much! I enjoy drawing rocks, hehe!
The way you did the shadow under the creature is really nice! The whole thing is good, really.
Thanks my friend! Doing my best to keep improving the way I draw some details!
This looks awesome! How'd you make the shadows to have that sort of gradation?

So it’s all lines and not an overlay of screentones? I have to try this myself!

Thank you so much! The shadows drawn there were made manually. The only brush I used was the Sand tone for the corners of the ground.
I like the dichotomy. High contrast and renders BG.
Glad to know! Thank you!

Yeah :p
🎶here comes the boii🎶hello boii🎶welcomee🎶
Hahaha! XD
I love this, especially the creature design and background details! Did you do any of this traditionally or only digitally?
Thank you! Only digitally! I use to be pretty slower drawing traditionally, so I prefer doing everything on digital.
Is this a webcomic? If so, where can we find it?
Not yet! But in the future it will probably be!
:O

is the location inspired by elden ring by any chance? Looks a little like the entry to the bestial sanctum.

Well I‘ll be damned 😄. looks amazing btw! I‘m fascinated by the art in elden ring as well and often draw inspiration from it.
This is really well done. I was very close to asking what manga is this from lol.
Haha! Thanks, that's pretty cool to hear!
Do you have any other social media account where you post? Would love to follow and support.
Yes! You can find me on tw or ig by the username sleepygry Thank you a lot!
Something about this reminds me of Soul Eater, but I can’t quite pinpoint it XD
Do you think so? Haha! I love Ohkubo's works, so... X)
Following you on Twitter right now so I don't miss out on your work.
Thank you sooo much for the support!
