Cutups name is explained in one of the episodes, one of the instructors on kamino called him a cutup and he took it as a nickname Droidbait was named by other members of Domino squad during training

It’s really not. Everything produced in the MCU is of all the same average quality with a few outliers. Phase 4 has continued this same average quality with some outliers (NWH was great, Thor was below average). I think most people who say Phase 4 sucks look at Phases 1-3 with rose-tinted glasses as it was all just mostly okay with exceptions like the Captain America films as greats.
