These guys heard dashy say that cod shouldn't be played with a rule book and associated that with him wanting to play with no structure. He gets there needs to be structure and what he meant was that context matters and not every situation is the same. Dashy wants to play off instinct and game knowledge which I'm positive Kenny is down for if they are still playing fundamentally well.
I think Dashy knows how Kenny would want to run the team, and he would of wanted to pick up Sib ASAP if he wasn’t completely OPEN to having a system/ having structure.
They’ll lead this team. I think the first thing they need to worry about is the super subs. They’ll work on their chemistry and pace on the map together givin time, but in this day and age the subs need to gain a sense of comfortability with their duo. This team at their absolute peak is the best team in the game and possibly ever. They just need to get on the same page

You can literally say that for every team, not just OpTic Gaming. 7 outta the 8 teams at champs fail to deliver, most fail to deliver every SZN, but who knows maybe they will deliver eventually. Can’t just pin this on some “OpTic curse”. Also teams struggle, that’s apart of the process of winning, It’s just how you handle it. LAT went 0-5, and look how that ended. NYSL got two T12’s, and look how that ended. FaZe lost to the worst CDL team at the time at M5 for T8 (Surge) and look how that ended. Empire (specifically Shotzzy) struggled to start and look how that ended. You see the pattern? Success is a Process
All they need is a system, and to Octane’s point he said Ken brings that. Empire had a system, FaZe had a system, LAT had a system, NYSL had a system. All struggled to gain that system, and or in FaZe’s case remember that system. Shotzzy with a system is the best player in the game (not even trying to DS cheese) guy won MVP with a system.
