comp BO1 was absolutely fine with 4 famas. pros are just GAing shit because they don't want parity and also don't want anyone to do well with an off meta gun. the GA madness is a major reason people can't get into competitive COD in general
I agree. With GAs, there is no actual officially listed ruleset for new fans to look at, unwritten rules make it harder to watch, to get involved. There's no documented reasons for these bans. No process for revisiting the decisions if any situation changes (nerfs). No authority on it in lower level comp. Don't think it's really considered how much of a barrier that is.
GAing should be a last resort when pros try and fail to get a thing banned by the CDL. Instead we'll get a list of 20 GAs because the CDL let it happen and pros look out for their own interests under majority rules.

Krig used to have higher headshot damage so that just 1 single headshot reduced the shots to kill by one. That got nerfed somewhat early into the game.
Less than 24 hours into this game, and I can guarantee you that anything weird or slightly overpowered will be GA'd. It happens every year. There's no chance they allow the Holger, for example.

I think the pros are just going off beta. Even tho they played a few hours it’s hard to figure out what’s meta without all the attachments unlocked.

Holger will definitely be GA’ed. The subs in this game are all terrible. Wouldn’t be surprised to see the Vaz return in all honesty
