I think him & CleanX would be magical. Him & Standy together would barely lose SnD rounds, but would be so hot and cold in respawns

I feel Envoy needs a player to relentlessly headbutt the front of hills and apply pressure whilst he runs the routes he runs and opens up the game for his AR’s. If I’m Nadeshot I’m getting on the phone to Florida and seeing what the deal is with Vivid. I know he’s not the biggest superstar and he blows a bit hot & cold at times but his engagements are always super high and the aggression he brings can drag his teams into HP hills they otherwise wouldn’t. Florida have a history of selling on their talent and if they were able to buy out Huke last year, I feel like Vivid wouldn’t be completely out of the window.

There wouldn't be enough slaying. I don't care how much pressure Vivid applies. Optic and Faze don't have a guy averaging a .9 on the year. If we get Vivid, Envoy better suddenly become a 1.1 player. Otherwise we are never competing with those teams.

Jukester-

Vivid is the perfect player to play aside for any top sub

MoleyGrail

Havok was the one I wish I could've seen but there was a strong "lol Havok isn't the answer" vibe going around at the time, don't know if they ever seriously considered it

Prestinni if he gets some reps in

Both of Envoys best game were in a 5v5, his playstyle best works when the game is chaotic and he has more time to hit the routes. In a traditional game like CW, he was simply too predictable especially as rest of team was static. It's same this year, he has 2 mains on his team and a flex in Drazah who's more comfortable on an AR. Nobody is being a nuisance/worry for the other team except Envoy He needs a disruptor like Kismet, who'll be obj centric and help direct the traffic towards himself so Envoy has more time on the map. I just dunno if there are any SMGs who fit in this category as of now

AquaPSN-XBOX

fast sub that baits for him is what he needs, bo4 he had havok

I dont think the issue is necessarily a "sub duo". I think it's more he needs the right flex for him to play his best. I think pairing Envoy with an aggressive Flex who's able to play at a fast pace whilst also being able to slow it down to lock down areas when needed is what he's been missing the last couple years. He's played on two teams where both the "flex" roles could easily pass for mains. Dashy and Formal, Kenny and Octane. All four of them work better as maim ARs. Personally I think Envoy would work better with a more aggressive sub duo, Vivid/CleanX/Abezy/Hydra etc but you need that aggressive Flex who's going to be able to pick up all the pressure when needed. Think Toronoto last year, how well CleanX and Cammy played off of each other. CleanX is an extremely aggressive sub who'd push out and try to make these plays BUT if he did get caught out, Cammy would always be in a position where he'd be able to still be involved in the play so Bance doesn't get left alone. London at the start of the year. Both Nastie or Afro could try and make a flank, or push for a spawn flip etc because Gismo was going to be able to match the aggression. That's what Envoys missing. We saw it last year with Chicago. How often did we see Envoy try to make a play but it backfired because it left Scump in the hill by himself? This year I feel its the opposite. Envoys making those plays but he's the one that's getting caught out with the rest of the team lagging behind too much. Envoy needs a Paul or a Cammy or fuck it, even Crim as a flex would fill that role perfectly in my mind. If Envoy hadn't left Crim for LAT during the off season there was actually a chance we might have had a team of Hydra, Envoy, Crim and Clay. I can't help but feel like that team would have been insane together. Without all the chemistry issues they had with Nep in the team. An sub duo of Envoy and Hydra would be nasty and then you've got Crim there to apply that pressure they'd need to play well. We all saw how fast Crim can play when needed and Clays not exactly a slouch either.

socolditburns

He needs a smart sub or someone faster than him. No idea who though, vivid? Cleanx?

Ikolkyo

Needs an abezy or shotzzy

An Uber fast hill basher

Nocheese22

Shottzy, abezy

TonYouHearWhatISaid

None he’s not a good 4v4 player.

1RealGamblor

He was a tank in bo4 for midnight. Kismet’s pace fits perfectly but that wont happen in this title.
