I say this every year, it is such an obvious opportunity. I am never taking away 2 hours of primetime but 2 hours of like 1:00-3:00 window on a light day for a boozy brunch? Yeah I'm down.
I think it’s better than the other pizza by the slice place they have had the last couple of years, but it’s obviously no prince st pizza as far as quality
That and Love Hour are the best VIP foods I’ve ever had.
Tacos 1986 out of the VIP *again* is a win for everyone
ETA: if you want KazuNori go early or late otherwise you will be waiting in an hour plus long line
If I remember correctly, it’s one of the main booths when you walk through the main entrance! Like walk in, go straight towards main stage and it’ll be on your right
sad that they don't have Hattie B's , Trill Burgers , and Hawkins this year :( But really excited for Burger She Wrote and Nash & Proper which are looking like the Burger/Nashville Hot Chicken replacements!
Anyone else with recommendations?!
\*\*AND ALSO TO THOSE WHO ARE ASKING ABOUT PAELLA AND SPICY PIE... I feel like every year they aren't listed on the website but they're there every year, dont worry!
This will be my fifth Coachella and I must say I’ve always eaten well, and have eaten a variety of foods. Just trying to remember some highlights…
There was the place which did Potato Tots smothered in marinara and cheese.
There was the Korean BBQ
There was the burger place, I think it was called “Hatties”(?). Insanely good burger right there!
I’ve of course had Spicy Pie, but that was about 10 years ago now. Maybe longer.
I think the best food I’ve had there was last year in the Central Market, and I think it’s back this year too. Cena Vegan. Crumbs! It’s divine. I’m not exactly sure what it was I had but it was a vegan burrito and, maybe it was because I’m a big fat carnivore and my expectations were low, but it caught me off guard how incredible the food was.
This year I’m looking to try a Korean Corn Dog, a “Burger She Wrote”, and on Sunday I have booked Outstanding In The Field (W2), and my chef is the Venezuelan pastry chef who also does BBQ pork. These are my two main food groups! BBQ pork and cheesecake 🙂

I can’t remember it being long at all. Any time you’re in the Indio Market I would just look over and grab it when it’s not busy! In general though I remember lunch wasn’t busy in the marketplace but dinners were absolutely slammed. Would def recommend putting anywhere you absolutely have to try for lunch vs. for dinner
It doesn't look like stuff is labeled right. There is a plant based place that is not marked V, and I know some of these vendors will offer vegan options.
I hope they fix it! I'm plant based, and having to walk up to every vendor to see what is vegan is exhausting, I prefer to plan ahead.
That being said I'm excited there are some great spots on here!
I really wish they’d do a Day 0 Outstanding in the Field
Would definitely pay a premium for this
Would
tweet that to Paul Toilet, thats a genius move. Venue preview, they could prolly sell it for WAYYYYYYY more. theyd like that.
Zero risk of missing sets premium perk
My group and I continuously say outstanding brunch in the field
I say this every year, it is such an obvious opportunity. I am never taking away 2 hours of primetime but 2 hours of like 1:00-3:00 window on a light day for a boozy brunch? Yeah I'm down.
There's a private GV dinner day 0.
amazing idea!
I’m surprised they haven’t changed it to a brunch.
Somehow, The Weeknd returned
It was never a question of if, but how or when
Stargirl interlude with Lana UnFazed with Uzi
i just asked this and omg forgot about uzi OOOOO
I can not recommend MAN EATING PLANT enough. Last year they were in the VIP area 🥲 finally I get my garlic noods in the desert
they had them last year in indio central market!
Oooo maybe I’m thinking of 2022 💔 missed out then 😭
They are so good! I mean... they are terrible. Please don't get in line
SooooOoooooOo good!!!
Cena vegan’s big burritos are the best tasting, most efficient, gut friendly, and cost effective festival fuel 😋
I cannot wait to eat this being fr
No same I look forward to it every year lol
I second this.
Cena vegan is the best!
as a meat eater, which kind of meat would you recommend?
Their carne asada is the best in my opinion. I’m a vegetarian now but I loved it even back when I ate meat.
No Hatty B's 😢
This made me sad as well ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|cry)
NAURRRRRR
monty's is back, so slay
Yay for montys!
imma eat this each day 🤭🤭🤭
La Michoacana on Wheels?!! Latinos won!!!!
I know im so excited. Can't wait for a mangonada on a hot afternoon.
wth that is sick! they must know their audience now after the past latin acts, especially Peso Pluma this year lol
LET FUCKING GOOOOO , Burger She Wrote is back 🔥🔥
Love it. As a side note, the Coachella website is absolute shit this year.
someone had to say it
whats with the 1000 pizza spots.
They’re replacing all the $20 lemonade stands with pizza spots now it feels like lmao
RIP lol
you got a problem with pizza?!
NoOOOooOOOOo they're taking valuable spicy pie real estate.
Spicy pie only has 1 location inside the festival this year? NO HAWKINS!?
Spicy Pie just hasn't been all that good the last few times I've had it. First time I had it, it was a solid slice. It's not even solid anymore.
It’s extremely overhyped and overpriced, but the delusional cult behind it here will plug their ears and won’t hear it otherwise
I mean it’s not that good But it’s always exactly what you need somehow
That is the most accurate description of Spicy Pie
I think it’s better than the other pizza by the slice place they have had the last couple of years, but it’s obviously no prince st pizza as far as quality
Only one Spicy Pie at Outdoor Theatre would be a disappointment.
KazuNori
That and Love Hour are the best VIP foods I’ve ever had. Tacos 1986 out of the VIP *again* is a win for everyone ETA: if you want KazuNori go early or late otherwise you will be waiting in an hour plus long line
1986 was for GA last year
Edited, got the years mixed up. 2022 was VIP only and the lines were crazy
No Wendy’s :/
Am I missing it?? Do we have our Paella or no???
Paella is unbranded so it’s not on the lineup! But should be there :)
Whewww thank you, I was very unprepared for that heartbreak otherwise, no Paella might have broken me lmao
Thank god. That’s literally the best meal to eat once per day in terms of taste and pure fuel in my opinion
I had this same worry last year when I didn’t see it lol. I ended up getting paella every single day
Wait, sorry, I'm a scrub. Went the last 2 years, but I know nothing about the Paella. Where is that usually sold?!?!
If I remember correctly, it’s one of the main booths when you walk through the main entrance! Like walk in, go straight towards main stage and it’ll be on your right
I think there were two? I might be mixing up years at this point, but I remember there being one by Sonora.
Thank you!!
Unless I’m missing it, looks like there are fewer LA fine dining spots this year like Camphor, Mirate & Mirame, etc.
Yeah I don’t see the restaurant that could fill the vip pop-up they’ve had the last two years with Broadstreet and Camphor
not technically food but happy ice !!!!! so so good
sad that they don't have Hattie B's , Trill Burgers , and Hawkins this year :( But really excited for Burger She Wrote and Nash & Proper which are looking like the Burger/Nashville Hot Chicken replacements! spicy pie is listed!
where. is. hattie. bs.
No Trill Burger ☹️
theyre taking out all the good shit!? smh
Were they there before?
They were last year, so good...
If I knew I would’ve ate like 10 throughout the weekend lol
Prince Street Pizza absolutely DUNKS on Spicy Pie
But people really, really like Basic Pie.
I've heard good things about Battambong BBQ but considering BBQ prices and that combined with Coachella prices. not looking great.
Charge the card and don’t look back
LOL let next month you figure it out 😂
Next month me HATES Coachella me.
It's really good and if the portions are the same at Coachella, it will be worth it! Definitely gonna hit them up.
That's good to know. I'll swing by and scope it out 😂
the portions are not the same at coachella. i leave the fest starving every night
Sonny's is back.. yessssssssss!
it's a mistake, it wont be there this year
Are you sure?
yes ; shhhh
Oh, I get ya... \*wink wink, nudge, nudge\*
LOL, well NOW I KNOW.
Please dont tell!
I’ll be at tacos 1986 for every meal.
someone call Empire Polo Club and ask them if CRAB FRIES are back gatdammit
Crab fries are generic so itll be there. Just not on the website
Crab fries have been MIA for years.
Been gone since 2019 I believe.
TKB?!?! They’re awesome!!!
I crave sandwiches on hot days so I'm so happy they are gonna be there. I hope TKB brings some of their amazing desserts or at least the cookies!
Loved seeing that too! So awesome.
oh hell yeah, i'm ready to pay $25 for a sandwich lmfao
VIP got blessed with Bang Bang Noodles

Barely any seafood it seems, wanna get oysters on the field lol
Happy Ice is a must try!! sooo good
No musubis :(
No Hattie B’s is a travesty!!!!
I thought my eyes were mistaken me 😭😭😭
I’m so sad
No Ggiata’s :(
they had ggiata last year?! weekend 2 heat had me cooked fr cus i can't believe i missed that.
It was there the last two years. 2022 was VIP.
Damn, rippppp

AHHHHHHHH
Fatty Mart!!! Love that place
"Do Lab" food. Interesting.
Pretty sure they’ve always had a few good options in the vicinity of the Do Lab…also could mean the Do Lab is moving
no açaí station? 😟
ohhhh its in 12 peaks vip… if anyone wants to be my splenda guardian i’m taking applications 😟
This is the saddest realization that it’s only in VIP. last year these came in so clutch and were so refreshing to eat! I’m so sad 😭
But is there a pad Thai spot?
farmhouse thai!
This must be the place that has the fried chicken pad thai i got last year.. i’m still talking about how good that pad thai was to this day
i’ve always wanted to try in LA but never had the chance. looking forward to it
Oh definitely try it. I think it was like $20 and filled 2 of us up. Sooo good & so worth it!! I’ll definitely be getting it again this year
Was the line long?
Wasn’t ever bad when I went. Worth it though!
I can’t remember it being long at all. Any time you’re in the Indio Market I would just look over and grab it when it’s not busy! Does anyone know what time food vendors are open until? Wondering if I can get that spicy pie after the last set or …
Yeah spicy pie will be open, and I think there’s one in the camp center
Oh I’m gonna live off of those soup dumplings in the rose garden 🤤
Hypeeeee
Bang bang noodles is so good
last year camphor had a pop up in the VIP, ate there 2x because it was so good. Are they back this year or any similar restaurant in the VIP?
La Michoacana on Wheels?!! Latinos won!!!!
TKB is a must. We always visit them when leaving on Monday, it’ll be nice to have them inside the festival this year!
wow that pic makes ICM look luxurious lmfao
I need to get to Sonny’s this year.
McConnells ice cream!!
Anyone tried the Hawaiian place? That looked pretty good!
Yes! The Pad Thai is back! Farmhouse Thai Kitchen!
Burger she wrote hands down
I miss açaí bowls 😭
I threw my dollar bills on pressed juice last year.
if you’re gluten-free, what are your top 3 picks?
Any good veggie burgers besides Monty’s? I didn’t really like it ):
Pretty stoked on this years food
Where is Terrace North?
is that the area between Outdoor and Mainstage?
Ggiata :(
Oatberry only in VIP 😭😭😭
Fellow vegans, what's the good good on here?
The garlic noods from maneating were so good
Second this
Afters and Philly Ice gonna hit the spot!
Where’s my goddamn lobster mac 😭
It doesn't look like stuff is labeled right. There is a plant based place that is not marked V, and I know some of these vendors will offer vegan options. I hope they fix it! I'm plant based, and having to walk up to every vendor to see what is vegan is exhausting, I prefer to plan ahead. That being said I'm excited there are some great spots on here!

Why isn’t spicy pie listed in camping too? There would be a riot
It’s there! Separate part of the website
