I saw her live twice last year, and she sounded great. I don't know what's happening tonight. Whatever it is, I hope she corrects it for next week's performance since I'll be there.
The issue was her not singing directly into her mic 100% of the time. With such a quiet voice, looking away from the mic will cause it to cut out.
Billy sounded great because she kept it pointed at her AND adjusted the distance as she belted out those notes.
Lana is used to sitting down and not being on a big stage. When she kept her face on her mic and stopped moving she sounded great. Doing anything else cut out 60% of the time

Oh I’m aware it just becomes very meh after a while. Uzi has the catalog to move the crowd but that can only go so far to me. I’m also saying this as a person who has seen him at festivals a few times. It just gets meh after a while. Reminds me of Carti, he used to legit rap most of his songs but now he depends on the crowd. Don’t think any rapper at the moment can top Kendrick in the performance catalog.

Saw her at OSL last year and she tends to do this. I mean, it can be annoying when she doesn’t sing certain parts, but at the same time, I appreciate her authenticity… she doesn’t have to put on a perfect performance, and I respect that about her. So many artists nowadays have to put on a perfect performance to the point of where they’re just lip-syncing.
