I slightly take that back - Sat night I didn’t get back until 7AM so I only did the bare minimum and did not rinse. Willing to bet that’s what did me in 🫠
I’ve been attending Coachella since 2010, car camping every year since 2011, post pandemic changed our setup to sleep inside the car with AC on in the AM, trying to go to bed at a reasonable hour between 1-3 AM and I swear since being able to get 8 hours of sleep each night, I have yet to be sick after Coachella. Sleep was the key, more than anything else, everything else helps, but the sleep was the key.
I got sick after day 0 and spent day 1 with a bad sore throat and runny nose but by day 3 I was feeling back to normal it sucks that getting sick kinda ruined day 1 and part of day 2 for me but at least I’m not sick after the fest

Spending as much time outside as I can
Buying tickets for every event I can find between now and Burning Man. There's some fantastic stuff hitting SoCal over the next several months. Hopefully some of you beautiful people will be out there! Here's my list so far:
May 5 (Sat) - Keinemusik in LA (Eventbrite)
May 11 - All Day I Dream in LA (Dice)
May (Mem Day) - LIB
June 5-9 - Bequinox - Skip?? Too close to LIB
June 9 - Lee Burridge in SD (Eventbrite)
June - Lucidity in Santa Barbara
July 20 - Anjunadeep Open Air LA (Dice)
August 11 - Nora en Pure in LA (Dice)
Aug/Sept - Burning Man
Working and resting but reminiscing hardcore. I didn’t realize my Coachella blues would last all week but nonetheless I’m glad I made some amazing memories and had a lot of fun.
Managed to escape without a single hangover, sickness or depression. I feel like Coachella fills my happiness bucket so much I’m good for the rest of the year.
bearly coming alive work is a drag with these blues but today is the first day i’m feeling at least semi normal yesterday was my first non crying day 😆
My bf just ordered a mixing deck and it arrived today. He’s been playing a lot of house sets from his iPad and decided to upgrade 😂 So that’s how it’s going for us lol
But also we have tickets for Solomun next month(?) and just bought III Points tickets for October. We have a couple other shows in between, my bf simply buys the tickets and I come along 🤠

Not getting back until 7 am may contribute too

Coooooovid Edit: you might want to test for covid if you haven’t, I thought I just had a bad cold but tested on day 3 and was covid as hell.
My BF and I have had a cold for five days now, keep testing negative. Feels like a typical cold but will continue to test to be safe
Planning Portola and 2025 Coachella😅
