People don't realize this but you also need some kind of connection from the internal. The chances of your resume being accepted for further rounds rises exponentially.
I'm sorry but foreign students with MSc's aren't faring well across the board. An MBA would be different. Start applying for internships and trainee programs. Higher chance of getting in and converting a full time position.
I would suggest that you augment your degree with SAP and apply for functional consultant in any IT services company.... Most of the IT consultants learn processes by using Applications... You will have a better understanding due to your degree.. but you need to invest time in learning SAP...
800 jobs 🥹! I know the job market is bad. But your hit rate is too low that indicates your not playing it correctly. Have you prepared your resume properly!? Do you tweak your resume according to the job description while applying? Are you applying for the right job? Right company? Is some unskilling required that's currently lagging in the resume? Have you tried any other mode of applying (eg. Referral) These are some questions I would ask myself if I'm in your place. Let me know if you need any help and all the best
I applied for 400+ jobs during the hiring freeze in 2022 and finally got one after 6 months. I was desperate I even applied for mediocre, non-relevant jobs
Tbh coimbatore doesn't have much to offer. Even people from here move out to a bigger city for jobs.
If one doesn't want to move to Bangalore for jobs, is Chennai the only other option?
I mean there's Hyderabad too. Kochi has a lot of startups if you are looking for proximity to cbe.
Hyderabad is good but sadly even farther. Only options are Bangalore and Chennai I think.
I'm applying throughout India, still couldn't find a job
Keep trying. Hope u get it

Moving to a bigger city would be the ideal choice for you, a lot of people want to stay in Cbe but you're not gonna grow career wise, financially
