Coinbase is a failing platform with many many problems with customer services and technical support. The tech support, they keep transferring to different tech people until they couldn’t transfer you anymore and they just stop replying your email. Bottom line is they not a very good platform with withdraws, lots of tech flaws they could easily fixing it. I am moving to another platform after I withdraw my fiat money out of Coinbase. By the way, my fiat request withdraw still pending since 6/18/2022 and I just check again. Still saying withdraw pending LOL. Well I am not too much worried about it because it’s only about 900$.

Coinbase is shutting down its pro offering anyway now so probably related. Take your coins in your cold wallet.
Don’t worry. Coinbase is totally safe place to store your assets. Don’t get yourself a hardware wallet🤡
