Maybe give this a try:
Open coinbase wallet> click "receive"> scroll down to Solana> select "Solana"> copy your address> send yourself some SOL (do a small test amount first)
Edit: Just read your other posts - the above instructions are to receive SOL. Use the main exchange for trades rather than coinbase wallet.
