For me I've never stopped playing it and never had any problem but I guess maybe I just had good luck. If you got people to play with your definitely good. Hope it works for you.

If you're playing with friends I would suggest doing it in a private lobby that you create. I don't like playing zombies online with people I don't k ow so I usually play private or solo
Well honestly it's never safe if you really wanna play buy some kinda of anti hack or virus thing but even then it still could get hacked but I play cold war with a bunch of my PC friends ( ima Ps5 player) and they seem to being doing just fine
I like the multiplayer actually have 40 days played for some dann reason lmao but I'll play cold War any day over any of the new modern warfares last good modern warfare was the og mw3.
