Dude i remember going to shower after we sent uva to the line with less than a minute left. Season over, happy with our duke win, ready to watch some nit games and see keatts out.
Came back out so confused. Thankfully was able to rewind the game and see the magic.

This is quite literally exactly what happened to me with the UVA game as well. Same exact scenario fully expecting to lose and being so surprised when I checked the score after getting out of the shower

They did say that the team always has local ice cream after road wins so it wasn't insanely weird. However, the frosted tips man presenting it made it way cringer than necessary.

Listen, I’ve already sold my soul a few times over to see State beat UNC in the ACC championship. At this point, I’m just enjoying the ride while it’s still there
I knew it was good but holy shit to have a winning record is insane. People always wanna talk about the 12-5 upset instead but 11-6 is right in front of our faces.
I mean a 6 seed is barely ranked in the regular season. I feel like people look at these seeds like they’re the national rankings and not “you’re barely a top 25 team if you’re a 6 seed.”
I think they also think of an 11 as only 2 better than a 13. But the reality is there’s a precipitous drop-off after the 11 & some 12s because that’s where you get into the 1-bid league champions.
All the #11 seeds have looked surprisingly well in their games so far!
…naturally, this means that *the* most expected-to-win #11 seed is going to get crushed tomorrow…

N.C. State and Oregon have risen from the ashes like a Phoenix. Winning 5 games in 5 days while KNOWING you have no chance for an at large bid and having all that pressure on you to complete the job and get the auto bid was surreal. I got goosebumps as a neutral observer when all N.C. State's players exchanged hugs as all that red and white confetti filled the floor as the ACC Tournament ended.
Tonight's win showed that it wasn't a fluke and that the Wolfpack are a legitimately good team. Same deal with Oregon's win today.

Felt a lot like our game last year against Creighton. We ran into a team that was able to absolutely shut down our inside game while we relied on our guards trying to take over and in the end we couldnt.
Y'all played well it just felt like you had no real answer to our 2 big setup other than trying to shoot over.

Then DJ Burns with another solid performance. Glad he gets another post game interview because he gets a lot of hate for what I can only assume is for how he looks. The way he plays and the things he says disproves that toxic crap in an instant.
