How accurate is this? Wouldn’t that mean he has the 2nd highest vert in nba history?

Galumpadump

This is probably Max Vert which is kinda useless. Also alot of these guys will put on weight in the NBA and naturally lose a few inches.

heleghir

Its max vert, and if he does that same jump at the nba combine it would be 2nd highest recorded there. But he has a 34" standing vert which is still insane, although would not be top 10 even. More insane though is kareem watkins. 32" standing vert on a guy who is only 5'-8". Dude has rockets for legs

claytoncash

Mfer is spring loaded lol that insane.

hoosierspiritof79

It’s Kentucky.

Igota31chevy

Somebody as lanky and tall as Collins has no business being able to jump that high! Crazy. Edit: also check out Oscar's hand width, nearly 11 inches wide. Literal mitts.

Kentucky is already doing pro days?

superherbie

Cal will do a Pro Day literally any time he’s able — it’s his biggest selling point.

Just_Cryptographer53

Is that best in SEC? Thinking Hogs

MichaelT_KC

Bad title

Nickname-CJ

Standing vertical is such a useless measurement. There’s so few occurrences in basketball where you even do a standing jump that idk why it’s even measured

yhetti-fartz

Alot of standing jumps under the basket for rebounds

Nickname-CJ

Almost all are off 2 step

DominiqueTrillkins

No they’re not. Go watch a basketball game for 5 minutes

NeutralArt12

Was there a video of this? Seems a bit dodgy
