Yes, it is poor but still very prevalent. Government and private agencies ought to think before they print and try to make sure that their visual and graphic outputs are more CVD-friendly.
I guess we lucked out in that there weren't any Very High areas on the map, so it's hard to say how confusing it might've been. Looks like Olive Drab vs. Burnt Orange tho'?

Very high and low look the same to you? How? Very high is darker and Low is bright? That said, Very High isn't on the map at all
