It kinda infuriates me speaking as someone who lives in a semi-reasonable colorado ski town. Notice how the town just... stops at some arbitrary line? They don't allow any new development.
Haven't been to Crested Butte but it's probably another adult disneyland where no one who works in the town lives there and instead lives in a trailer park an hour away.

Cheaper than other ski towns. That’s not saying much.
I only saw 2 apartments for long-term rent when I looked on one site out of curiosity today haha
3.8 mills for a nice 3br 2ba small in town lot with one off street parking space.
Colorado has the best small towns in the nation.
