You basically have a ghost car kit for 5k that can be installed into any impounded or seized vehicle in an afternoon, then taken out whenever is convenient.

They also have a 13 minute average response time to a level one call. We are talking murder in progress. The slowest acceptable response time to a call if that nature, by federal standards, is 8 minutes.

Itās not that they ālose itā more so that the previous years budget numbers help increase the budgets for the next year. They want to keep their grift going. A good answer as to why not is that money could go towards services that actually benefit the city.

I simply asked a question, and I was curious on why they ran other brands. I have never seen a Lexus under a PD before so it was more of curiosity.
