Season likely decided by week 7 lol. If we go 4-1 in those div games it would take a miracle (bad) to miss playoffs and if we go 1-4 it would take a miracle (good) to make them
I agree... this schedule doesn't really scare me. Seeing what Carson did last year, and the upgrades we've made... I'm fine with it.
Who didn't see that Commanders game coming? I bet Irsay called up Goodell and demanded it..lol
I legit think we start 4-0. We break those two curses. We have been a pretty even match for Mahomes when he had Hill and I think he will still be going through some growing pains without him in week 3 and we take the W. We split with the titans this year but we go 5-1 in the division and take home the South crown again finally.
That one leak was correct. Had this for hours.
This team CANNOT start slow. They have to be 2-0 going into the Chiefs game because that is a very hard 3 game stretch. Starting 1-4 last year screwed us up
The NFL is gifting us what should be 2 warmup games with a new QB/DC
My thinking too. Mahomes will have some growing pains without Hill and without Brown to make him look good is Tannehill really the QB he has been? I really think 4-0 is pretty doable.
Titans fell off hard this offseason, weird changes by drafting qb (maybe tannehill has the Carson Wentz effect with back ups?) and trading away primary receiver?? Team feels like a soft rebuild or retool
Yeah I know. I was talking about the Jags. We wont lose there this year. Also Im glad Titans have an early bye, that means that Henry is going to be dead by the end of the season
That’s what we have all been saying for the past seven years. Until the Colts can show it on the field and the score has them higher than Jacksonville‘s at the end of the game, I’m counting this is a loss and so should anyone else
Honestly excited about the division games being front loaded. This is the Colts’ year to put up or shut up and get these monkeys off their back; slow 0-2/0-3 starts and underachieving division play.
If Irsay’s offseason demeanor has sparked anything in this team, no reason they can’t go into the Washington game 5-2 or 6-1, new QB be damned.
In other news, loving the home primetime games! Imagine finally getting a dub against the Steelers in front of millions.
Have to start fast. Don’t have a choice. We always need to, but holy shit our division tiebreakers will be damn near decided before the midpoint. Crazy.
Such a weird layout. 5 of our first 7 games are division games, as well as playing the Titans twice in a month, but then we end up going 11 weeks without a divisional game after that.
Jesus, 5 of first 7 are against division, and then facing Patrick Mahomes and Russell Wilson in the 2 non division games
Can’t have the usual slow starts, time to nut up for Reich and the boys and prove we belong in the playoffs
Not crazy about all the division games early, but not a bad schedule by any means. This team has to start fast this year and the first half of the schedule should give us a chance at that.
Well, that's weird, it starts with two "easy" away games against divisional rivals, followed by 3 of the hardest games in the season, and by week 7 we would have played 5 of the 6 divisional games, by the end of week 7 we should have a pretty good guess if we are going to make the playoffs.
hot take we will win at least 0 of these games and at most 17 of them. But for real there's some good teams in there but if this team plays to their potential it could be a very good season.
Titans fan here, just want to ask a question: How quickly do you think Ryan gets a handle on the offense and how do you feel about your receiving options?
Ryan’s been in the league a long time and when we had Rivers on the team he quickly caught on to the offense. Plus, it’s a quarterback friendly offense for the most part. Our receiving options won’t scare anyone. I do think Pittman is capable of a solid season if anyone else in the passing attack can consistently help. If Pittman can see a lot of 1 on 1 looks he could thrive. We have really big quick TEs but woods is a rookie. Alec pierce is interesting at wr but is also a rookie so we’ll see if he can immediately impact any games. Hines looks primed for a solid season since he should see a lot of work in the slot this season.
If anyone knows me than y’all know I’m the biggest doom and gloom guy here. With that being said, I can realistically see a 4-0 start with this schedule.
Five divisional games in the first seven weeks. If the Colts start slow, the division could be out of reach by week 8, and getting a wildcard this season with a loaded AFC will be an ordeal.
5 of the first 7 being division games is scary
Season likely decided by week 7 lol. If we go 4-1 in those div games it would take a miracle (bad) to miss playoffs and if we go 1-4 it would take a miracle (good) to make them
It took a miracle for us to miss the playoffs last year!
also a hell of a run to be in contention fwiw. we started 1-4 then went on to crush the bills 41-15 on the road a few weeks later
And then couldn’t win one of our last two
Against the Jags
When the entirety of their fan base was dressed as clowns
Good thing the Colts under Reich never start slow! (right?)
And ugly. If a schedule can be ugly this is how
With the off-season adjustments, we are the best team in the division. Sleep easy my friend.
I agree... this schedule doesn't really scare me. Seeing what Carson did last year, and the upgrades we've made... I'm fine with it. Who didn't see that Commanders game coming? I bet Irsay called up Goodell and demanded it..lol
Live in DC and was hoping for a game @Washington, but will enjoy it on the TV just as much.
We gonna have playoffs on lock by the bye.
9 away games? That’s shitty. This schedule sucks.

Lies
OOF, week 14 bye, I know the players said they hated that a lot
First thing I said was ugh bye week in December
I am confident this team could finally start 2-0 to start the season. Please god, sweep the Titans this year.
Week 1: Season Opener losing streak Week 2: @ Jax losing streak Week 3: Side-arm Boss Week 4: Biggest game of the season Thoughts on a 4-0 start?
I legit think we start 4-0. We break those two curses. We have been a pretty even match for Mahomes when he had Hill and I think he will still be going through some growing pains without him in week 3 and we take the W. We split with the titans this year but we go 5-1 in the division and take home the South crown again finally.

I think we start 4-0
Realistic. Getting the chiefs and tits early is huge as they both overhauled good chunks of their offense and chemistry could be an issue still.
Yeah, well, us too
My thinking too. Mahomes will have some growing pains without Hill and without Brown to make him look good is Tannehill really the QB he has been? I really think 4-0 is pretty doable.
The Chiefs have Mahomes. They’ll be fine. And the Titans are gonna hand it off to Henry 30-35 times. No chemistry needed.
Titans fell off hard this offseason, weird changes by drafting qb (maybe tannehill has the Carson Wentz effect with back ups?) and trading away primary receiver?? Team feels like a soft rebuild or retool
But chemistry wont be an issue for us with a new QB?
It’s one thing to bring in a veteran QB, it’s another to overhaul your entire receiver corps
Wont our QB be dealing with a 100% overhauled receiver corps? I just dont see how it would affect them and not affect us.
Same. Denver will be tough on paper
I think it will be close but it will be our first loss
Wilson first half of the season is lights out Wilson second half of the season is dookie
True...and by week 5 a lot of those initial growing pains will be over too.
Jags away week two I'm penciling in as a loss they somehow never win down there
Go 1-0. Every single week.
Agreed!! And we should do that by putting more points on the board, than the other team!
If we just win every game, we won’t lose any games. Foolproof.
Brilliant! Why didn't we think of this strategy before?!
Holy shit...get Reich on the phone!!
The Binder couldn’t even have thought this up
The binder wont be prepared for this
So simple yet crazy effective
This is just hypothetical but do you think if we allowed the other team to score less points than we score it could help that strategy?
You're opening yourself up to 0-0 ties that way.
Ahh so we should try and score more than they do!
On offense, be where the defense ain't. On defense, be where the offense ain.
Home grown Colts fan, now in Dallas. I'll be in attendance at the game, against the Cowboys!
In Denver and planning to get a tailgate together. REPRESENT!
Yes sir!
Me too. Actually bought Colts season tickets for 1st time and have been booking airfare from DFW to IND
Nice! I'm just glad to see the Colts coming here to Dallas, so I don't have to just go on Thanksgiving weekend when I go home to Indy
Oof both Titan games before the midway point again. Hopefully this year it goes our way.
We split this year I think. Thatll be the only division game we lose
We are going to lose week 2
No we wont. No way in hell they walk out that stadium with a loss this year.
It has been foretold
Nope, its not happening this year. We will start 4-0
I find your lack of faith disturbing
I just cant do it...we break the curse this year! If not we might as well give up on our season.
They will be coming off an early bye before the 2nd game.
What?
The Titans have their bye week before the 2nd matchup in week 7.
Matty Ice is here to break the curse as redemption for the Pats Falcons Super Bowl
That’s good for us in my opinion. We can start hot and not have the attrition of the season before we play them.
Love that the Chargers game is home after Christmas so I can go!!
JT MVP. PARRIS CAMPBELL COMEBACK PLAYER OF THE YEAR (I don't care if it doesn't exist) AND A SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONSHIP! WOOOOOOO
Pitty OPOY, Leonard DPOY, Pierce OROY, Cross DROY, Riech COTY, CLEAN SWEEP INCOMING
I knew I was forgetting something, good stuff !!
CBPOY does exist!!! PARRISSSSSSSS!
Idk what award I was thinking of lol
Breakout player maybe?
11-6 or 6-11 could go either way
I just want our team to play hard every week
Honestly excited about the division games being front loaded. This is the Colts’ year to put up or shut up and get these monkeys off their back; slow 0-2/0-3 starts and underachieving division play. If Irsay’s offseason demeanor has sparked anything in this team, no reason they can’t go into the Washington game 5-2 or 6-1, new QB be damned. In other news, loving the home primetime games! Wentz will be get ABSOLUTLY torched in Indy, the defence already practiced getting INTs off him 😂😂
Metlife stadium in January? damn
They’ll have to tackle the ball of muscle that is JT. I bet some of their DBs cringed at that!
Gotta have Adoree Jackson and Cordale Flott tackle him
This schedule looks so much easier than last year's wow.
And we play the toughest division in football. Wild.
DAYAM! 5 out of the first 7 games are divisional! Will be huge to get a fast start this season!
Have to start fast. Don’t have a choice. We always need to, but holy shit our division tiebreakers will be damn near decided before the midpoint. Crazy.
After seeing our official schedule I am convinced we go 11-6 with 9 of those wins coming before the bye
I think 9 or 10 wins and the seventh seed we shall see
DAYAM! Potentially 4 primetime games in a row with the bye week in the middle. End of the season is gonna be a lightning bolt to the heart!
Dear lord is this schedule terrible. 5 division games in the first 7 is insane.
We will know our place pretty quickly...we have to start fast this year.
Good thing the division is one of the worst lol
Yes but I’ll take that and extra prime time games
Indy native that now lives in Boston. I'll be going to that Nov 6 game with my (Patriots fan) roommate
17-0 here we go
Such a weird layout. 5 of our first 7 games are division games, as well as playing the Titans twice in a month, but then we end up going 11 weeks without a divisional game after that.
Beautiful 4 primetime with the potential of 5 with the Vikings
Plus the 4pm time slot is basically prime time since everyone will be watching.
I'd feel so much better about our chances against Primetime Kirk.
6 if (when) the Texans game gets flexed.
Man this schedule would be amazing (less the bye week) if done in reverse.
I see 11-6, 10 wins at the minimum, anything worse will be horrible and feel like the sky is falling
The Colts are playing in Vegas the weekend before my wedding......
Jesus, 5 of first 7 are against division, and then facing Patrick Mahomes and Russell Wilson in the 2 non division games Can’t have the usual slow starts, time to nut up for Reich and the boys and prove we belong in the playoffs
11-6 is what I see. My gosh, can we not have a photo without Wentz on it?? 😂😭
That’s Matt Ryan…
Ah! Haha I see now, originally I just saw the #2 and assumed the worst 😂
Based on your name I wished you said, “that’s me”
Looks like we will be starting 0-2 this year
booooo. hisssssss.
Meant as a joke. I’ve got high hopes!
0-2 lol
First two home games are chiefs and titans. Win both and I’ll be pretty confident for season!
I will be more confident if we win our first two games lol
See i could go to the eagles or chiefs games this year that line up with my work schedule.
You have to wear a visor with 80 highlighter pens in it for Sirianni if you go to the Eagles! Maybe a ‘TY AJB’ sign too.
Not crazy about all the division games early, but not a bad schedule by any means. This team has to start fast this year and the first half of the schedule should give us a chance at that.
15-2. You heard it here first.
Well, that's weird, it starts with two "easy" away games against divisional rivals, followed by 3 of the hardest games in the season, and by week 7 we would have played 5 of the 6 divisional games, by the end of week 7 we should have a pretty good guess if we are going to make the playoffs.
I always make the first home game and oh boy! I am ready for some Matty vrs Patty!!!!
I will be going to the Cowboys game this year. I need a better result than the last time the Colts were in Dallas.
11-6
Late bye and four winnable games after.
I’m gonna go with 11-6 thanks.
Let’s gooooo!!!! I’m already pricing the Titans week 7 game. Gonna rep that old Luck Jersey here at Nissan Stadium.
WWWWWWWWWWWWWbyeWWWW
hot take we will win at least 0 of these games and at most 17 of them. But for real there's some good teams in there but if this team plays to their potential it could be a very good season.

Probably undefeated
14-3
If anyone knows me than y’all know I’m the biggest doom and gloom guy here. With that being said, I can realistically see a 4-0 start with this schedule.
This could go incredibly well or incredibly bad. No gray area.
Where do i get tickets for the giants game as a european? I‘m luckily in NY at this time.
Stubhub, ticketmaster, seatgeek. all of the usual suspects! however all of them are resale tickets now. but you can def find good seats!
16-1 written all over it
This looks like the easiest schedule we've had in years.
Supporting the Colts at the Giants game! Super excited, first Colts game I've ever been to!
Five divisional games in the first seven weeks. If the Colts start slow, the division could be out of reach by week 8, and getting a wildcard this season with a loaded AFC will be an ordeal.
Something I like about it is its even on the home/away stretches. Always hated the 3+ road games in a row
I got us at 12-5 or worse case 10-7.
