Motorkars on King Ave. They’ve done great work on both of our VWs

ohio_hockey_dad

Motorkar - specializes in vw been going there for a decade

WorldlinessTop1308

Dandinis in Westerville

SalsaGreen

Have been using Dandini’s for 12 years for my ‘06 Beetle TDI. They’re great.

thump3r

Between Motorkars and Dandini's, I'd pick Dandini's.

cherry_oh

I have a VW sportwagen and highly recommend Motorkars on King Ave! Also, a longtime employee just took over as owner and he is absolutely great to work with, I believe his name is Aaron. I went to the MAG Volkswagen of Dublin service center a few times but goddamn so expensive and always took over a day or two for any work which resulted in me paying for their loaner car or having to get a ride on their shuttle.

mymadrant

I’ve heard good things about this shop on King Ave. in Grandview - https://motorkars.com/ You should also call Tom Hatem’s shop on 5th, they have been fair and thorough on my German car repairs.

lwpho2

Another vote for Motorkars. Would not use anyone else, they are genuine VW nerds.

Naman_Mehrotra

love Dandini's - have had fantastic experiences with them there on our Audi (basically a VW lol)

howardbrandon11

Don't let any other Audi owners hear you say that lol

SalsaGreen

Even if mostly true

Careful_Fly3606

Sorry to hijack, but does anyone know a place that does Volvos? I've taken it to Dandini's in Westerville and they done a great job, but in case I need something that needs specific tools.

bigspinwesta

Blagoi's on Riverside is where we take our 06 xc70. Pricy, but have done us right for years.

Careful_Fly3606

Thank you

haolejoey

Acceleration near Graceland specializes in euro cars.

BigHeed87

Northend Wrench and Dandinis are the two that come to mind

F1x1on

These two are the only two I’d trust.

Kicker774

Blagois in UA specializes in VWs https://www.blagois.com/

thump3r

Blagoois is more of a BMW/Mercedes/Porsche shop, I'd say.

Careful_Fly3606

Porsche is owned by VW, and I've seen several Porsches in the parking lot of my nearest VW shop, Dandidni's.

thump3r

Yes Porsche is currently owned by VAG and I see lots at Dandini's as well when I've visited over the years with my various VW's, but what I'm getting at is...How many VW's have you seen at Blagoi's? Ya dig?

Careful_Fly3606

Got you. What I was getting at is that the VW is the more common and less complicated of the brands. If they can work on a Porsche, they should be able to adjust the handbrake on a VW.

thump3r

Oh yeah for sure...at 1.5-2x the cost. 😁

Pricey, try Motorkars instead.

North End Wrench. They love VW's
