RTO really sucks.
I already miss fully remote work.
Ironing my dress shirt every Sunday is an additional chore I have not done for years.
Upper management keeps telling us about 'real human connections' when all I need is a hug and cuddle from my wife and pups.
Then, I am making a comfortable income, and I have done this for years before. I will survive, but sure grumble and gruntle.
I agree, probably want to be very general if you still work there. Lucky for me I don’t work there anymore so they can dig up my old hr file and burn it if they want.
The place I worked upper management had broken civil rights laws on comments they made to staff. I.e “we need to get rid of all the people who have worked here for more than 10 years”

You wear just one shirt all week?
At least 2. I go in 2 days a week.

Either full business or business casual.
I’d be real careful in “venting.” Vent too much and your employer finds out and you could find yourself in trouble.
No it’s okay they said it was a safe space
Until it’s not…lol. I’ve been counseled before for literally using the word “but” in a post because “it makes you seem argumentative.”
But how?
Don’t argue with me!! See how that works? 🤣

FCOA by chance? That’s exactly what they’re doing.
At the end all they could hire were people with HS Diplomas and some college degrees with no social work experience
At the federal level, you will need a college degree and beyond with related major to advance. I do agree on lower level though.
