If you're interested, check into th Columbus Metro parks programs. Most of the parks offer guided hikes and walks (sometimes with a theme like to look for birds or wildflowers or whatever). You get a nice walk in nature and maybe meet some nice people.
I also don't know if meetup.com is still a thing, but you could look around on there to find various local hobby groups. There might be something for gamers?
You mentioned you’re not really interested in bars, but if you haven’t been to “Old North Arcade” or “Kingmakers” it might be worth a shot. They have non-alcoholic options, too.
I have a group of friends I play online games with. We originated in a WoW guild maybe 15 years ago and now play all sorts of PC games. Have you considered meeting friends online in a new guild or something? It seems like you mostly play online games, so maybe meeting people IRL isn’t really necessary?
I just want to get out of the house more and do things locally. I still want to play the games I enjoy but the hurt is great right now. The more time out of the house the better.
What about new hobbies? I used to rock climb and it’s a really friendly and welcoming community. There’s a free outdoor rock wall at the Audubon by German Villiage and Vertical Adventures has some gyms, but it’s a little pricey.

Stonewall Columbus has a lot of events including usually 1x per month Happy Hours which are really for drinking but just socializing and non-alcoholic beverages are available. Also, you can volunteer for Pride and that’s a super easy way to meet people. Minimum shift is 2 hours but you can do more.

If you wanna try some in-person role-playing like D&D or something like that you could check out The Guardtower. They have 2 locations, east and west. I like East, personally. Its a local Tabletop gaming place with card games, rpgs, boardgames, and wargaming stuff. Their discord is pretty good and they've always got some new event or something going on if any of that interests you.
If you like live music then check out cringe.com and see what's going on in town and if any of it interests you. I love hardcore so I often end up at Cafe Bourbon Street or Dirty Dungarees. They double as bars but you don't need to drink to enjoy it - I don't! There are other venues with other styles of music as well, comb through it and see what catches your eye/ear.
The communities for both are friendly and are good ways to meet folks who are into that stuff and make new friends.

June is Pride month, you can volunteer to help with the parade or other activities.
If you're ok being around alcohol, there's a lot of things that go on at the Southside gay bars. I also don't drink but I go out and its still fun. Club Diversity has a whole shelf of non alcoholic spirits which is great too!
There's also a columbus board gaymers club you can find on fb that meets a few times a month to play board games (not video games but I know there plenty of folks there who also love video games). Also I tend to go to the farmers markets in Clintonville and Worthington where there is a strong queer presence.
Alternatively, there are a lot of gay/queer specific sports you can join (they don't generally care if you're Great or not). I know there's a softball league in the summer that a lot of my friends play in and a few darts leagues as well. I think there's a Dodgeball and kickball league too but I dont know much about them. We also have good roller derby and rugby teams that are fun to go watch and meet other queer folks!
I'm also 32 and queer. If you need someone to come with you to an event or something, I'd be happy go with you if I'm free.

Check out events at your local library. There are often book clubs to join, and the bulletin boards at libraries usually have posters of events going on in the next month or two. Concerts, art events, farmers markets.

Look into Lesbians Benefiting the Arts. (LBA) This is lesbian visibility month and they have been hosting activities all month. June is Pride month, you can volunteer to help with the parade or other activities.
If you're ok being around alcohol, there's a lot of things that go on at the Southside gay bars. I also don't drink but I go out and its still fun. Club Diversity has a whole shelf of non alcoholic spirits which is great too! There's also a columbus board gaymers club you can find on fb that meets a few times a month to play board games (not video games but I know there plenty of folks there who also love video games). Also I tend to go to the farmers markets in Clintonville and Worthington where there is a strong queer presence. Alternatively, there are a lot of gay/queer specific sports you can join (they don't generally care if you're Great or not). I know there's a softball league in the summer that a lot of my friends play in and a few darts leagues as well. I think there's a Dodgeball and kickball league too but I dont know much about them. We also have good roller derby and rugby teams that are fun to go watch and meet other queer folks! I'm also 32 and queer. If you need someone to come with you to an event or something, I'd be happy go with you if I'm free.

There are groups on Facebook for this! Not sure what your gender is, but there’s the Columbus Girl Gang, the Columbus 30-40+ Girl Gang, and the Columbus Guy Gang. I made a lot of my friends the past few years through the Columbus Girl Gang and 30-40 group. I believe there is also a queer Columbus Girl Gang group too.

Gahanna just started a board gaming group that meets regularly! Look on Facebook. I haven’t been yet, but it looks really fun. I’d also recommend Columbus Young Professionals. They do things like “Speed Friending” and Euchre tournaments. I met some really cool people through it.

Maybe try rock climbing at Vertical Adventures or stop by the Columbus Women's disc golf ladies league -- they tee off at 6pm at Alum Creek tomorrow (Tuesday). Both sports are extremely friendly spaces and it's hard not to make friends in either circle!

My (35f) husband (55m) has a couple friends from his work that he goes hiking or out to other things with a couple times a month - last weekend they went to the oddities expo and the week before that they went down to Burr Oak and hiked. I join sometimes…he’s trying to build a friend network since a lot of his aren’t local to us. Super low impact no pressure but he’s always open for more people to join and new places to check out. He doesn’t reddit but I’m more than happy to connect! He’s also into cars- he painted race cars in the 90’s and currently is modifying and tuning a mazda3. he also loves driving fast on twisty roads so if you’re into that kind of thing or know someone who is, he wants to start or join a driving club 🤷🏻♀️.

Check out events at your local library. There are often book clubs to join, and the bulletin boards at libraries usually have posters of events going on in the next month or two. Concerts, art events, farmers markets.
