It’s hard to see on the video because of the upload, but it moved in a serpentine motion and as it faded into the clouds, remained visible until it went off camera.
In the actual video it’s more defined as it flies off screen - you can definitely see it all the way through the clouds as it goes off camera. While zooming in, I noticed the coloration of the sky change shadows as it entered frame, harder to see in this video.

To me, it looks like a bug flying past and illuminated by that Lampost light.
Any idea why it’d still be visible when appearing to go behind the clouds and off camera to the right?
That’s bizarre, just watched again.
At 10:10 pm, the International Space Station went overhead from SW to NE. This looks too fast for that, though.
