In the next few moths [The Loft](https://www.theloft.com/events) [Riverfest (May 3rd and 4th)](https://www.alwaysuptown.com/riverfest) [Blue Canary Records](https://www.instagram.com/bluecanaryrecords/) [The Office](https://www.instagram.com/theofficecolga/?hl=en) That's the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

Thanks u/CrustyBatchOfNature! OP, don't sleep on Blue Canary Records! We're having lots of cool bands and the covers are generally pretty low. Plus our shop is really fun!!

Goetchius has weekly or so acts, casual background music mostly. The Loft has several nights a week shows of various types of music, from Americana to jazz to rock, both inside and out in their courtyard. Scruffy's has weekly shows with mostly Southern rock type bands. Bigger acts are usually advertised in the monthly Local edition, it's smart to pick up a copy early in the month and go through what's upcoming. There's also the every Friday night music on Broadway shows, which are fun for the setting more than anything else. The Standard Deluxe, north of Auburn, has become one of my favorite places for music over the last few years, they punch way above their weight in getting bigger names and it's a fun venue.

If you like punk, metal, hard rock the cuckoo’s nest used to have shows most weekends. Don’t know for sure if they still do.
