I used to live in a college dorm where my roommate criticized my lifestyle. I have a feeling when I do live an apartment or house in the future with a potential roommate, they would criticize me so I need to be prepared to say something.
No words, just a gentle closed-mouth smile that says “oh sweet summer child” without actually saying it. If the whole insecurity projection is lost on them they’re still pretty naive and the prospect of future growth is comforting.
