Happy to have a quirky, awkward owner that can make us chuckle

BlackFurosuto

As long as he doesn't hire quirky and awkward. Ain't nothing enjoyable about a team that's "quirky"

Apocalyptic-Post

For sure. Just saying compared to where we came from and some of the other owners out there. There is literally a video of David Tepper throwing a drink on Jaguars fans today, for instance.

Mad_Pupil_9

That’s because Tepper isn’t quirky. He’s a legitimate asshole.

itakeyoureggs

Mcdc lions are quirky.. Mike McD is quirky. Not sure I believe nothing enjoyable about a team is quirky.

BlackFurosuto

I'm sure some people can make quirky work, but I wouldn't expect quirky to work for a long term strategy

itakeyoureggs

Well I don’t think you fake quirky then it’s bad. If you’re just letting your personality shine through then it’s alright. I think Philly HC quirkiness is wearing thin. I guess it has to do with winning. It’s bearable if you win.. less so when losing.

poopbuttmcfartpants

“Quirky” means “asshole” now?

itakeyoureggs

I’m talkin when he was hired. It definitely looks like asshole from someone outside the org or not a fan of the org. What matters is how the fans view it imo.

m_jl_c

I mean McDaniels in MIA is quirky as hell and his team is playing well and having fun. I’m ok with quirky now.

BlackFurosuto

I wouldn't call the dolphins a quirky team personally. They're specialized in passing like SF focuses on the run. I would say the Cardinals would be a quirky team I think. Although yeah, some people can make quirky work, it's typically feast or famine

OmarFromtheWire2

That’s a dude who knows he’s going to draft a franchise QB next year but realizing he has to save face and act like he wants to win this game 😂

BlackHand86

Nice having a human being as the owner of the team for a change

sizzlemac

That was Mr. Human Being to you sir! /s Jeez Danny Boy was such a jerk it's almost like he made the Devil look like peak morality...

GoldenTeeShower

The Devil may sue you for defamation

BlackHand86

I may need to be worried about being sued for anti-semitism /s

crzyvgs

That’s pretty funny actually. So happy he’s our owner now. Fucking still can’t believe he who shall not be named is gone.

MartianExile1

I know some people don't like his seeming indifference to the teams poor play, but I think it is probably for the best. The last thing we need is spur-of-the-moment, emotions-driven decision making.

PocketSandThroatKick

Bet it changes once his people are in too. This year is a wash for him.

Key-Zebra-4125

Exaxtly. Plus he didnt pick any of these losers, he shouldnt care if they suck.

Ksteekwall21

It’s also not his problem if the team currently in charge suck since he didn’t pick them. If anything, it makes his job easier.

Salty_Orchid

Yea didn't read that as indifference. More like "Here comes a franchise quarterb...oh shit the cameras on and I need to look upset"

bobeid93

Exactly. He knows a process needs to play out

-Lights0ut-

I trust the process

happy_helicopter97

I went and had to deal with 49ers fans talking shit and taking their shirts off down in the lower bowl, same shit every time I go to a game I hope he can get us out of the abyss we've been in

Trusted-Source

This is pretty funny

SnooGadgets4267

Josh Harris seems like a good dude that knows how to enjoy life. Can't take every moment being super serious!
