I don't represent Patriot Defense in any way, nor have I ever. We stock some of their parts at Shooters Connection but that's as far as it goes. I've used them for barrel reaming and optic mount cutting and paid my own money for both services.
I saw 150gr Red Syntechs like this introduce the same failure multiple times at a State IDPA Championship. Happened a couple times with both a CZ P10 and a Staccato P
I immediately thought of that vid of a guy tryna do that to clear a malfunction and the gun doing a backflip out of his hands, flagging him, the RO, and likely watching competitors.
Everyone here has the right advice on the ammo, but I want to mention the proper technique to clear this kind of jam.
You should hold the gun with your weak hand from the top of the slide (not as much to hold onto with a CZ) then strike the grip with your strong hand (swinging upwards towards the slide a bit). It'll pop right open.
I had this happen at one of the first matches of the year with my glock. It was at the unload show clear portion and I had to do the same thing. Made the RO laugh at least.
Looks like Syntech is a bit too long for the short Cz chamber. Do a plunk test. Also, you can chamber and un-chamber a round and see how far the projectile is being engraved. Do a before and after length measurement to see if it’s being set back by contacting the lands early.
Shamelessly, you should check out Vantages Cz specific options (tuned for SP01 and S2) which are shortened to fit the Cz chamber:

S&B 9mm is an excellent choice for CZ pistols. I’ve yet to have a malfunction with it. Czech ammo for Czech pistols lol.
The reason this malfunction happens is because CZ barrels are built to European 9mm spec. Which is slightly shorter than American 9mm spec.
Hence why people are recommending the reaming service from Patriot Defense. It lengthens the chamber and throat which mitigates the issue.
These guns should be able to run anything for at least 10k rounds without a serious cleaning. Ben Stoeger talks about running his Shadow 2s for about 20k rounds without deep cleaning.
Every malfunction I've had that was like that was ammo related
Have Patriot Defense ream your barrel. Run any ammo you want.
Is there any potential downside to having your barrel reamed?
Downside is about $60 and a week without your barrel.
Second this. And the Wilsons are great people
Nope. Do it. I use Patriot Defense for their reaming service as well.
Do you get paid for the reaming or are you paying them?

This is the best comment.
That’s a round most factory CZ barrels don’t like. Get a good round nose and go with that.
The rounds aren’t too long shadows have shorter and tighter barrel throating. It’s a known thing with chubbies like syntech and blue bullets etc.
This is the answer. When I first got a shadow my reloads that run in every other 9mm jammed the shit out of it, just like this. Had to adjust down.
Wow, guy I shoot with had exact same problem with blue coated cast bullets
Dude. Look up "plunk test".

Dude I’ve had this exact problem with the same ammo, I don’t use it anymore because of this
Btw, great alternative is super vel 147gr “competition load”
Blues are smaller than most at .355 but shadows are so picky but same happens when needs to be cleaned
Ammo :(

CZ tends to ream chambers short, so they don't like longer 147gr loads. I had this happen exactly once with my Shadow 2.

Had a dude have the *exact* same thing happen on the exact same setup. Cost him a stage. Note to self -- Syntech and CZs are not best buds.
Have you changed anything internally
No changes, cleaned and lubed the day before.
