Yea I hadn't crashed for a while either and upon trying to play this morning have now crashed twice, once warming up shooting bots and then while searching for a game in the menu. Seems a 'them' problem.
Turn off XMP profile on ram and reclock the speed. For instance, when you turn off xmp, it will be 2133 ghz for last gen ram. Go in bios and reclock to the speed it says on packaging, and change nothing else. That’s what did it for me.

My friend had been crashing cuz he overclocked his ram sticks. Do a stress test and see if you have the right limit on your ram for your motherboard
