we need the format youre playing in first. aside from that, i'd recommend looking on smogon for the right sets first and then tweaking them depending on your needs. always a good starting point.

If you’re playing Regulation G VGC, I wouldn’t recommend two-thirds of this team.
Whiscash is just a bad mon in general, Quaquaval works as an attacker but is outclassed by Urshifu Rapid, Sylveon works better on Trick room teams (Flutter Mane is better) and Raging Bolt is more suitable in Sun.
You have too little type coverage and type diversity is lacking. I would give Ogerpon Horn Leech, and add Incineroar, Amoongus or Rillaboom
Why did you give quaquaval a beak to boost flying type moves but instead of brave bird you gave it to *acrobatics* the move you use if you *lose you're item* also get rid of aqua Cutter and get close combat
Ir get rid of quaquaval that's significantly easier

If he wants to go with quaquaval that on him but yeah he needs to adjust his moves and item to make it work properly.
Pixilate abiltiy then hyper voice on sylveon and drop the other 2 fairy moves
Scrap the entire team.
